We were close enough to the ski areas and shopping but far enough out to enjoy the views. The communication was excellent and thank you for the last minute late checkout! We are already planning a return next year.”

“Every thing was great local people were great a few issues were addressed immediately the only complaint was after arriving at the property at 10 pm I had to walk over 1 mile to get the key if the keys could have been left at front desk then everything would have been fantastic”

“Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!”

“We Had a fabulous time With our daughter and kids (and with dog enjoyed a very nice stay at this very spacious home. We were walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and walking distance to the gondola to get to the ski resort. Family had a great time.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was comfortable and cozy. Basic kitchen things provided and the house seemed clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The reverse osmosis water was much appreciated so we didn't have to buy bottled water! we didn't use the basement much as it didn't have heat and was very cold. The hot tub had not been cleaned and was full of algae which was a huge disappointment because that was one of the reasons we booked this house. the sauna was also not functioning...

“You could not ask for a better location for a ski trip! The free shuttle to Peak 8 was right at the end of the driveway and it was a short (few minutes) ride to the slopes. The house had plenty of room for us , our 4 grown children and their spouses and our 2 year old grandson. The decor was charming and the place had a nice kitchen to cook in. Hats off to the owner!”
