“Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. ”
“Don’t book this place! I booked a last minute special deal for four nights. I tried to check in and could not. I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund.”
