7 Day stay

We have stayed at Baywatch for yearly for the last 10 years. I will say the customer service was really good this year and the bellman were really helpful. I would like to see cleaner pools next time. The pools need to be cleaned throughout the day. However, we will probably stay again during our next trip.

This was the worst stay we have ever out of 15 years of coming to Bay Watch. It started with turning on furnace and setting off the smoke detector, because the filter had about inch of dust on it.

Not worth the money

The rooms were decent, but the bedroom with the balcony the AC did not work in there like the other two bedrooms. The oven has rust on the bottom, the fridge looked beat up, the paint on cupboard’s were peeling, the living room furniture looked grubby and the runner of the door covering the laundry was rusty looking and grubby. If more than one faucet/shower, etc. was running only scorching hot water would come out and no cold water.

Great value and good customer service

The condo was spacious and clean for my family of 6 . The kitchen was a nice size as well as the family space. Each room has a seperate bathroom which is a plus. One hiccup but the folks at Vacasa quickly took care of it graciously and I thank them that for that. If I could afford it , I would love to take my family back yearly.Again thanks Vacasa and Bay watch resort for a beautiful family experience.

Our beach stay at Bay Watch

The off season price for a three bedroom, three bath on the ocean front was wonderful. Waking up to the early morning sun shining on the ocean was beautiful. We were close to restaurants and many activities. But we didn’t care to leave the sand and ocean outside our room! The views from fourteen floors up were gorgeous.

Sibling vacation

Furniture unfit to sit on. Mold under sink and on ceiling’s in bedrooms, holes in carpet, we were told that we had to carry our luggage due to no luggage carts available even though we saw 4 of them being used by hotel employees. After voicing our complaints to the manager, nothing was done to offer a better stay next time in which we would have excepted.

The apt is roomy with comfortable beds and pillows. The view from the balcony is amazing. Plenty seating chairs and a good staffed kitchen. We will definitely be back!!!!

Needs updating!

We loved the view on the balcony. Plenty of chairs. Also the unit was fairly clean. The bedrooms were competent and beds were good and firm. BUT the condo was in need of major up dating: only the 2 small burners out of four on the stove worked and one of those was crooked. The oven set off the smoke alarm when we first tried to use it and we could only use the lower portion of the refrigerator because it froze everything above that solid which was very frustrating. . We tried turning it down to no avail. Only one of the hair dryers worked out of three. Also the furniture was old and worn. The outside accommodations were good, pools, lazy rivers Restaurants and staff was courteous and helpful. If the owner would spend a few thousand dollars on new appliances and furniture, it would be a very nice unit.

Great Trip!

This was my second time staying at Baywatch and it was great. The view is wonderful the I door and outdoor pools are awesome! The only criticism I have is that the doors entering the rooms and some of the walls in the room need to be repainted. And someone hit my rental car in the garage. Otherwise an awesome trip, I'll likely stay again.

Our family enjoyed the stay. A couple of things to watch. The refrigerator was turned up on high which we could not tell by the button and our salads gotten frozen. I understand turning it up if the place has not been used but instructions explaining how to control it would be nice or fix the button in the fridge to show it is on max.
