The living area, dining area, kitchen, king bedroom, queen bedroom, one bathroom, and washer/dryer are on the first floor. The 2nd floor has a bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This rental has 1 Smart TV in the living area. There is a comfortable covered porch on the house. Pets (1 dog) and motorcycles are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in this house. Students/student groups are not allowed.
