This charming second floor villa has over 1,100 square feet of pristine living space, with upscale designer furnishings throughout this well appointed beauty. There are two spacious bedrooms, a wonderful great room open to the fully equipped designer kitchen and dining areas, a laundry room and a covered, carpeted and furnished lanai overlooking the Norman course. What a great way to begin or end a day here in paradise!

The great room is appealing and inviting with a comfortable sofa and love seat. The modern open floor plan design makes it perfect for gatherings and dining inside or out. The handsome sofa can easily be pulled out to make more room instantly as a comfortable queen sleeper. Your home entertainment is complete with a large screen TV, DVD player and games for everyone to enjoy.

The full size gourmet kitchen is well stocked with all your needs and special amenities surely to please. Dine in complete comfort seated at the lovely dining table with seating for six. The open floor plan makes it easy to keep the cook company while enjoying great conversation or watching TV.

The master suite is outfitted with a beautiful king size bed, soothing artwork, ceiling fan, and another TV for late night viewing, all creating a true relaxation oasis. A private bath suite adjoins the master suite which also features a full dresser, night stand, and walk-in closet.

The beautiful second bedroom has two twin beds, full closet, chest of drawers and another TV. A second full bath accommodates the second bedroom and visiting guests. The laundry room is off the foyer and comes stocked with all laundry supplies for our guests.

Cypress Bend has its own spacious community pool and pool house right next to the villa. Our pampered guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway.

If the beach is your preference, take our complimentary in season shuttle to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance.
