The condo was great! The rooms were spacious and convenient location to shopping. There was an issue with the storm door and someone was out to repair it the very next morning. I can't say much about the pool as it was closed for the season. All in all great experience and would definitely return.

Great location

A few minor issues - front screen door didn’t close well, laundry was very loud, couch was peeling, significant gaps in flooring, living room light and water from fridge didn’t work. Walls, floors, and deck needed to be cleaned, but other things seemed clean. Great location - close to the beach, Little River, and everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 5 of us!

Descent stay. Bunk beds were not completely stable, front storm door did not close properly. Box spring in non master bedroom creaked loudly every time you moved. Decent size for 7 people, good kitchen.

Enjoyable stay except for the dog downstairs barking constantly. Understand that it is out of the manager's control. It would also have been nice to have more necessities supplied, the list is so long we missed one of the items, the water in the fridge was frozen and didn't work, and we had to fiddle with the icemaker, but the beds are ok and mostly a great stay.

Nice at First Site

The unit was nice when we first walked in but as we went to un-pack we notice a few things. This unit had roaches really bad.. I did call and spoke with management and they were sending pest control out the next day. We waited for hours for pest control to arrived and they never showed up. So we went out and brought our own bug spray and sprayed down everything.(we got the good stuff so the unit should be good now.. your welcome) The water on the fridge would not work .. we could get ice but not water, the couch was badly torn or looked to be pealing apart,(we fixed that by using the throw to cover the pealing couch) the balcony looked really nice but once you got outside to sit down the seats and tables looked like they had not been clean in a very long time, there was a lot very thick spider webs and dirt on the patio furniture, red stains on one the chairs so I used a towel to sit on. food left on the cooking utensils and some of the pans.. when we turn on the stove it starting smoking because the stove was not clean so I am guessing the people that was there before us may have spilled something in the stove and when we turned it on it of course burned off . The location was good...but the address hard to see because it is small so we passed by it twice before found it. The neighborhood was very very quite.. even with restaurants and other activities around it was very quite. All in all not the best trip but not the worst either.

A Hidden Gem in North Myrtle Beach

The property was even better in-person! Nice, roomy, clean, and quiet! We stayed as a family of 3, but would definitely be roomy enough for up to 10. There’s three bedrooms and two sleeper couches, plus plenty of seats for dining, watching a movie, or relaxing on the screened in porch. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials! Just bring your food and a few dishwasher tablets and your all set! The location is perfect with restaurants within walking distance and the beach a 5 minute drive away. We enjoyed the friendly service at the Mermaid Ice Cream shop just down the road. Get to the beach early and take advantage of the city $3 an hour beach parking, so much more economical then the other lots. The beach is a dream! Super clean, not crowded (we were there in September), and beautiful! Bring something to dig for shark teeth; we didn’t find any, but will try again when we come back! We did have rain for one day, so enjoyed the streaming ready TVs in all of the rooms to each watch what we wanted and enjoyed some family game-time. There are a few games at the rental, but you may want to still bring a few of your favorites. This is a great place for a family looking for a quiet, relaxing, fun get-away!!

Unacceptable and unbelievable

We never arrived! We booked this property a year in advance. It was paid in full. We invited family members to come. Then we received the check in instructions and access code 3 days before we were to arrive. Then we got an email 18 hours before we were to drive there saying it was double booked and we could not come. They offered another property but not acceptable to us. We had to go home and cancel our planned family spring break visits with family. Getting notification a few hours before we were to leave is totally unacceptable!!! We got our money back but are very upset and frustrated.

Quiet neighborhood, clean condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, easy to find and inviting. The furniture and decor was up to date. The king bed was comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor, but the stairs were not bad at all! The location was great! If you stay here you have to eat at The Shack!!! We did take-out supper one night and had breakfast on our way home!!! Definitely a great choice!

Would have been a nice stay...

This would have been a really cute spot, but unfortunately the cleaning crew did not clean the property between my and the previous tenants stay. One of our guests arrived an hour after check in time to find the unit still dirty and to top it off, there was radio static from all points of contact, including Chris one of the owners of the rental property who was listed as a contact in case of emergency. The unit was really cute though and I am sure would have been a great stay for us for the short trip. I took one star off for the unclean unit and another star off for the inability to get ahold of anyone though they left about 3 or 4 points of contact and the fact that no one called back to apologize about the extreme inconvenience, I was messaged back on the Vrbo portal for messaging. Three stars for the cute unit in a great location and for the host providing full refund. No I do not think this review should be your final decision on renting this property or not. I am sure it would have been nice. Also, bring your own toiletpaper... that's in the notes you might skip over.

Great Getaway!

We had the best time! The condo was beautifully decorated, neighbors were friendly and pool was warm! Would definitely consider staying here again in future trips to N. Myrtle Beach!

No shaded relief around the pool area.

Overall the property was clean and easy to get too. A little far to walk to the ocean and would have preferred property closer. The cement around the pool on the property is in need of repair and two filters are above the water line and not working. Only one filter is working. But my only major issue with the pool is that it is completely in the sun. There is no shaded area to get some relief even around the decking area. There is also a bathroom near the pool but you need a code and no where on the paperwork sent to me nor at the room was the code given ... very frustrating. Overall the room rental was nice.
