The views from the balcony are unbeatable. The unit was clean and plenty of room for a family of 4. The owner was super friendly, easy to work with and had some great restaurant recommendations. The elevators are fast and we never waited more than 20 seconds for one. Pools and hot tub are nice and easy access to the beach.

Mark was a fantastic host! We had one small question about the TV and he solved it in a few minutes for us. The condo is amazing and even has beach chairs and other beach items guests can use. It is VERY clean. The view is spectacular!! It was hard to leave and we hope to be able to come back someday.

An amazing place! The views from this 18th floor corner unit were breathtaking. The sturdy - and comfortable - balcony furniture and very cozy and large blankets made sitting out on the balconies (yes there are two, another from the second bedroom) just heavenly! The kitchen was very well stocked - even had an external water and ice dispenser in the fridge and both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Lovely decor and quality beach towels and chairs for our use. The host, Mark, was very responsive and all instructions very clear. We tried to reserve for the same time next year while there but it was already booked, so we’re considering another time of year, even though holiday time is when we have been going to Myrtle and North Myrtle, for about 15 years now (save for 2020 and 2021). Easily our favorite overall stay in all those years.

Great property and wonderful host. Mark helps to navigate the check in and check out process, and the space is top notch. Double balconies for the bedrooms were an absolute treat, the bathrooms were spacious and the master shower was a godsend with a sandy infant, the appliances were high end and made dinners in an experience rather than a chore. Up to date washer and dryer with detergent included meant we left with cleaner clothes and towels than when we arrived.Mark had chairs, towels, and boards for the beach. If you’re wondering “can I save room in the car?” The answer is absolutely yes. There were just enough common amenities like soaps and trash bags that we didn’t need to immediately hit the stores, so we could dodge the crowds. The property being on a ‘resort’ was at first a worry for us with the potential crowds and the parking infrastructure. We were surprised by the facilities in a good way, ate dinner downstairs one night, enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and didn’t feel crowded in. 18th floor meant a lot of elevators, but there are three and they are high speed and clean.Overall, the experience was great, the property clean and high end, and the host a pleasure to work with. This will be on our list whenever we look to stay in the area. If you’ve found the listing and it fits your schedule, you should book this.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view from both balconies. The pools and lazy river were good and was nice to have restaurants available on premises. There were many restaurants within a couple miles including several at Barefoot Landing. I would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again.

We had an amazing trip to Myrtle Beach and this unit was perfect for us. There were 5 of us, 3 children. It was the perfect location, convenient to everything, and the unit was great! Well stocked, great onsite amenities and pools, amazing views with multiple balconies. We had the easiest process arriving and leaving, no problems, and very clear communication from Mark. It’s also great for parents because the kid-room is across the unit from the master bedroom, giving some space to make it more relaxing! Everything was new and well kept. We had a great time and would go again!

This Property was by far the cleanest and Nicest property I have ever stayed. EVERYTHING worked as it should. Nothing was broke. Everything was new or up to date. The owner was awesome to deal with. He even checked in on us during the week to see if we needed anything. Such an awesome experience. Not one bug in the place (if you've been down south you know) Bathrooms were mold free, unit was beyond clean. I even let my son sleep on the couch it was so clean typically for me that's a no no because most times the units are not kept how they should and they are given a 30 minute clean up between tenants but NOT THIS PLACE it was immaculate. I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

My family & I have stayed at this condo twice now and we love it! It's beautiful and we love that it's an end unit with 2 balconies. Also, we love the master bedroom shower (spacious with a bench). The keyless door lock is nice. We really like that the condo complex keeps the beach lit up at night with big lights so that kids can play football games, or just hang out and we can actually see them, so it feels safer. The host, Mark, was very attentive to make sure everything went well for us. It seems like the complex has upgraded the elevators since our first stay here.. they are very fast, which helps prevent waiting! I would recommend this condo!

Very nice, clean, well maintained condo. New washer and dryer worked great and kitchen well stocked. It was wonderful to use the beach chairs and towels that were available with renting the condo. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo & amenities.

Condo was beautifully updated and decorated. New appliances. Very well-maintained and comfortable for 3-4 people. Beds were comfortable and impeccably made with smart linens. The views from the balconies could not be beat. Bay Watch had nice clean pools and friendly staff. Easy to check in/check out/park. Crescent Beach is clean and very enjoyable.My compliments and gratitude to the owner/host, Mark. His communication was fantastic. Clear and well-detailed. Very responsive AND proactive. Could not ask for a better host.
