Enjoy our comfortable and beautifully appointed 4th floor beachfront condo in North Myrtle Beach. We are the owner-operators, so you can be sure that you will always deal directly with us, giving you peace of mind during the rental and payment process. Our condo is on the 4th floor which has a great view of the beach and pool area along with easy access (one flight of stairs and short walk) to the top floor of the 3 level parking deck.

The oceanfront double balcony has an amazing, unobstructed full 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean and a table with chairs and a lounger with a small table to relax and enjoy the views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom.

The unit is a spacious three bedroom, three full bath condo with a panoramic ocean view. The bright and open floor plan is ideal for a group of 8 people. North Shore Villas is well maintained and is in a great location. North Shore also has only 57 units, so you are more likely to have a quieter stay, and a less crowded beach.

There is a 50" 4K SMART TV in the family room with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV. There are 2 more flat screen TV's in the other bedrooms. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge. We have also included many board games, DVD movies, and books for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor storage closet that usually has beach chairs, 'boogie boards', and some beach toys (to be enjoyed by our guests, but NOT GUARANTEED). There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and full sized dryer with cabinets above them for more storage.

Our condo features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The master suite has a comfortable king bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. Go to bed and wake up to the tranquil sounds of the ocean. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a separate full bathroom close by.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Corian countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. It has many amenities including an electric griddle, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, firmware, utensils, etc.

The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms, with Berber carpeting in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs.

There is plenty of area on the beach and pool area for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy the pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub and grilling area without worrying about the overcrowding that many larger properties often have. The grounds of North Shore Villas are kept very clean and are well maintained. The villas have two elevators for your convenience and plenty of very convenient COVERED parking spaces (you are provided with up to 4 parking passes) are available right under the condo units.

North Shore Villas is close to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row with all their shopping, dining, and attractions, plus large numbers of restaurants and attractions (numerous golf courses, miniature golf, a casino nearby, Alabama Theater, The House of Blues, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall, Super Wal-Mart, etc.) within 15 minutes driving time.

We have excellent access to the main highway bypass (known as Hwy 31 OR Carolina Bays Parkway). From here quick and convenient access to our property on your way in and quick access to areas to the north and south. Take a 25-30 minute drive south and spend time at Broadway at the Beach. There are hundreds of unique shops, rides for the kids, and restaurants of every kind. The kids will love Ripley's Aquarium and Magic Quest Adventures. Don't forget about the new boardwalk in Myrtle Beach and the OD Pavilion right on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, only 9 blocks away!
