The place was very nice for sure. Had enough room for the 12 of us. I will say that the mattress's do need updating. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and all tools needed to cook a family dinner. We really had a great time.

Clean and spacious

This was perfect for our party of 6! The pool is not salt water as described, and there are no grills for use but other than that everything was awesome.

North Tower Stay

Rental was located in a great place. Easy access to everything. They have a shuttle that picks you up and brings you back from beach. Great pool area. Only minor complaint is drip coffee machine was not cleaned and had mold from coffee grounds that were not discarded. Some the pot/pans still had food residue on them. The washer/dryer had a bad smell so we did not wash our clothing.Other than those few issues the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

The property itself was very clean. The condo itself was great. We had 9 people and had more than enough space for everyone. ODVR staff was very courteous and helpful. We definitely would consider returning.

The property is beautiful, well kept. Our unit was nice but furnture was outdated and uncomfortable. I think the worst was my Son got chiggar bites areound 60 of them ,this made it aweful for him. Not your fault. The washer and dryer needed replaced and that didnt happen until thursday, we arrived saturday .All in all it was a good trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 10 had a great stay in #309! There is plenty of room to spread out and everyone slept comfortably. When we arrived, the condo was clean and immediately inviting. The staff at ODVR was wonderful during the whole booking process until the very end of our stay, answering questions and making sure our vacation was the best it could be while staying at the rental.

Starter kits only one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, no dishing washing liquid, no soap. I know it’s renters’ prerogative but if they are only providing linens and towels that should be said on the website.

Golf trip

Condo was fine. Minor maintenance concerns running faucets tvs not functional in 2 rooms. Great set up nice balcony. Check in experience with sign in off site challenging when playing golf. Normal business hours. Part of reason u book online is automation and not to have to go there have then hold a check for deposit etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful visit in Myrtle Beach. The condo had plenty of room for all of us (there were 7 of us). The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were big. The balcony had a great view of the pool and waterway. We were also able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. The condo was close to everything! The pool on the property was beautiful and perfect for my 6 year old and the older ones too. It was always clean and no deeper than 4 feet. The beach was less than 5 minutes away and it was clean and beautiful! Thanks for a great stay at a great condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay. Very close to the beach, shops, etc. Property was easy to navigate through. Beautiful pool, and view. The unit is a bit outdated, but overall we fit comfortably. It needs a deep cleaning. Dishes were put away dirty, very confusing situation with tv remotes, and there were visible German roaches seen on a few occasions. I was told about the bug people coming so maybe it’s an issue they are having throughout the building. Beds could use more pillows which there are but no extra linens. This unit lacks no room for guests, there was plenty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year wintering in this unit. We love the location, spectacular views and proximity to activities and dining. In the past, we had issues with the general condition and cleanliness of the unit which were cited in a review. We were very pleased to find all problems addressed and corrected, as well as additional improvements made.The maintenance and grounds crews, as well as the management staff are both competent and extremely friendly. The living room furniture could use some updating, but is tolerable. The location has become quite noisy due to the rapid growth in building and busyness at the Marina. We are there during maintenance season (resurfacing pools in 2022, re-stuccoing siding in 2023), which means early and prolonged construction clamor. Understandable, but not recommended for those desiring quiet. All in all, this is a great unit. We will be back next year.

We really enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony. Close to restaurants and barefoot landing was great. The condo however was dated, and lacking some kitchen necessities. The pillows were terrible and the mattress was also terrible. The rental company was great and check in and out was a breeze.

Worn out

The property was clean. The furniture was WORN out. The list of rules was long upon check in. Check out was a pain as we had to take a binder with the contents back to the office and leave it in a closet. Looks really good in pics. The laundry closet smelled like sewer. Would not choose this property ever again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any issues that came up where rectified immediately. The unit was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The 3 minute drive to the beach worked perfect. The only downfall was inadequate heating system. We found it unresponsive in the cool temperatures of Jan & Feb. Other than that, we would highly recommend this unit. Management staff is excellent.
