Not a good experience with check in and went downhill from there. Sleeps 6 (only 2 of us) and they only had 2 wine glasses of which one was cracked. No washer and dryer as advertised. Said shower only but you had to climb over a huge jacuzzi tub to get in to shower. Supplied a half roll of toilet paper and said we had to buy our own. We’ve never had to do that with VRBO stays. Gave us one dish towel (no dishwasher and no washer and dryer to wash it so we used a dirty towel to dry dishes. Had a constant chirping sounding like a battery going out on smoke alarms. Checked them all and still had chirping. They supposedly sent someone to check but we still had chirping. There was no parking pass in the room and if you didn’t have one you could be towed. I worried all night whether we would be towed. It was a 5 star view but unfortunately NOT a 5 star stay. I would never rent again from Big Fish Rentals who uses VRBO.
