The meat communication was poor. They understood that we would not be there until after hours directions on how to get our key at the hotel was ridiculous. No one at the hotel knew that we were going to be there. We had to call the emergency line to have someone come and unlock the door for us. We got into our room And we did have our sheets and everything, but I wasn’t aware that we had to place them on the bed and take them off before leaving, which wasn’t a big deal, but the police was nothing like the pictures made it seem it was dirty. There was scrapes and dirt all over the walls the outside of the hotel to get into our room needed painted. It looked like it was something from a prison. I just feel it was poorly managed, and they wanted you to do more than their employees to stay there.
