THE CONDO
Step inside this bright, modern sanctuary filled with natural light and stylish coastal decor. The open living area immediately draws your eye to the stunning ocean and beach views visible through the sliding balcony doors.

- Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofa or in the leather reading chair after a day at the beach. Unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the HDTV, complete with extensive streaming services.
- Kitchen: Your well-equipped kitchen features a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster. It comes stocked with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Enjoy your morning coffee with both a k-cup Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Please note there is no oven.
- Bedroom: Find true relaxation in two plush Queen beds, complemented by one of Beach Cove Resort`s ONLY fully private bedrooms.
- Bathroom: The beautifully renovated full bathroom features a tile shower/tub combination and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron for your convenience.
- Private Balcony: This is your private spot to savor your morning coffee while watching breathtaking, unobstructed sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Your stay includes full, private access to the entire condo unit via convenient self check-in. You will also receive resort wristbands granting you access to the fantastic amenities at the Beach Cove Resort:

Please Note: Access to the Fitness Center, Arcade, and on-site Dining Areas is reserved for property owners and is not available to guests. However, the poolside beach bar is open to all, where you can order made-to-order food and beverages.

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to help you settle in. For longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies.
- Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
- Rental Agreement: To finalize your booking, we ask that you complete our digital Rental Agreement through CHARGE Automation within one hour of confirmation. This step includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee provides you with coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damages, replacing the need for a traditional security deposit.
- Motorcycles, Trailers, and Golf Carts : not allowed on the resort property

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
