3rd year in a row staying here and it has consistently been going down hill. Walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING coming for your neighbors (music, walking up and down the stairs, normal talking, TV sounds, and unfortunately..."sexy time"). Broken kitchen cabinets, the majority of the towels we received were clean but still dirty (they were old with stains), very sterile in terms of decorating and making the rental feel "homey", had a ppol table which was great but every single pool cue was broken, toilets are loose and not proplerly secured to the floor so they rock when you attempt to use them, the hot tub was disgusting (filter pump didnt work and no pole skimmer on property). Finally, the smell. Not noticeable on the main floor but as you go up the residence the smell of mold/mildew continues to get worse and worse. This will definitely be our last stay here.
