Efficient and on the beach

If your focus is beach and a nice pool, this is the place. Clean and meets all the basics. We definitely stay again.

Great Stay

This was a great setup for our week in Myrtle for dance nationals. The 3 bedrooms gave us space to spread out. The property is older and needs some updating but it has been kept clean and well maintained. The host was very quick to answer questions. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of and did not interrupt or impact or stay at all. We will definitely keep this property in mind the next time we are in NMB.

This condo was just what we needed for a family of 6 with two of those being teenage boys. It was spacious and fully appointed with all we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable, but if you have boys (or girls) 6 ft. or taller, their feet will hang off the end if the twin beds. The condo looked true to the listing pictures. An excellent location right around the corner from the elevator and one floor up from the walkway to the pool and hot tub. The grounds were kept well, and the walk to the beach was easy for our elderly parents. All in all, this was a great stay and our host, David, was attentive and easy to reach.

NMB - Girls Trip

The accommodations were fair, however, the cleanliness of the room, and the pool area were disappointing. I would like to request the cleaning fee be returned, as I left our condo in better condition than we found it at arrival. I was able to clean counter tops with stuck on stains with a Clorox wipe and some elbow grease. The pool has names of past guests etched into the grimy tile showing what can only be years of neglect. Dead bugs, flies, sea grass all collected in corners of the pool as the filtration and skimming were not working properly. Additionally, the hot tub wasn't in working order and I saw effort in fixing it.

Great Stay and Location

Our Family totaly enjoyed staying at Seascape #101.. Location and the short walk to the beach and the family atmosphere were all plus . Commuication with David far exceeded any expectation during our stay . Any questions during the check in process to any issues and to the check out process were all answer quickly ..Never a delay .. Our Family dentinitely would stay again !! Thank you David !

Clean Condo

Would of liked tables with umbrellas to sit by the pool and relax and some tables to sit outside to eat when you use the grill. Would of liked a better view on the balcony to see the water. Wish the Hot Tub was located in a different area than where it is.

Amazing property

Location of the property is great, close to everything in North Myrtle. Very spacious condo, we had 3 adults and 2 children with plenty of room for us 5. The property manager is great with communication and details!

Great Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and enjoyable. David was very responsive to any issues that came up and was quick to resolve them. Even when we had an issue with parking, David was so helpful and provided answers for us in a timely manner. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The pool was clean as well. We did not use the hot tub, but the hot tub area was clean as well. We especially loved the convenience of the elevator!

Cozy and fun

We had such a great time staying at this property. Owner was amazing and very communicative. We were so appreciative of the clear and simple check in and check out processes. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked with cookware, bedrooms were perfect for us, our 8 year old, and 11 year old. Small view of the beach from the balcony, but we knew that when we booked. The private laundry room was a major plus for this family of 4. Close to grocery and restaurants. Down the stairs and across the pool deck to the beach. Parking was a bit precarious due to small lot and most guests having large trucks and suv, but manageable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dave for a great experience!

Great sea getaway

Excellent 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Perfect for a small or larger group. Convenient to excellent resturaunts and shopping nearby. Ground floor makes accessing the beach a breeze. We are repeat guests for a reason.

Nice stay however bad odor

The condo is a good location and had everything we needed. You can peek at the ocean on the screen porch. We had a bad experience with a smell in the master bedroom. It smelled like pet urine and was very strong. The owner has reported no one since has detected, maybe it was wet carpet and dried. We will not select the unit again and hope the smell is resolved. Unit is very convenient to stairs and elevator

Beach vacation

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful roomy North Myrtle Beach location. The condo was on the beach with a side view of the ocean. We had a very short walk out to the pool and the beach. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The bedding and towels were fresh and the entire condo was clean. We were close to several stores and restaurants. We were a short drive to the main events at the boardwalk where we spent a few days enjoying the food and shopping. I would come back to this location in the future.

Our place was nice! Very short walk to the beach! Not a good ocean/beach view, but a little peek from the balcony. Our host was very easy and quick to communicate with. Very family friendly resort. Pool was well kept. And enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Would recommend this place!

We stayed in this location annually when we were kids. It was exactly how we remembered it. The location is so convenient. The property, including the pool, was well-kept. We had an issue, and Dave responded immediately with a solution. The instructions to enter the property were easy and user-friendly.

Summer with family

Overall I was pleased with the property. I thought there would be an Ocean view from the side porch. However the trees ha e grown up and you can barely see it. You could hear it. Kids enjoyed the pool a few times. Beds were comfortable Fully stocked kitchen. Thought there was grill on sight we never did see that. There were gas grills with no propane. They had construction being done to the building. Which took up some of the parking lot Love the lay out condo. We would stay again! Thank you

Excellent beachfront condo

Clean, easily accessible with elevator or stairs to condo, loved the carts to bring bags and groceries from car to condo.. kitchen had everything you would need to cook and washer/dryer easily accessible…short 3-5 minute walk to beach… hose/shower to clean sand off after day at beach… pool clean and relaxing..WiFi worked fine…super easy ordering chair and umbrella for beach from local town-phone number on sign right at beach… short drive from anything. Great for anyone from infants to senior citizens..
