  • 2nd story condo with beautiful marsh views and private balcony. Enjoy cocktails by the pool or sink your toes in the sand. The beach access is conveniently located across the road. Walk to the Cherry Grove Pier or take a short drive to mini golf or a variety of great restaurants. There is something for everyone. Please take note that motorcycles and Trailers are not allowed at this property.

Very clean, it was hot so we definitely enjoyed the nice clean pool. Access to the beach, directly across the street was a plus. Absolutely beautiful view of the marsh. We will definitely stay again. The place had everything we needed and more, very accommodating!

The view from the balcony of the salt marsh is beautiful and the proximity to the beach is very close. Only a minute walk to be on the beach. The property itself is clean and convenient, The host was a pleasure to work with and very informative about the area. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an easy going beach vacation.

We loved the condo. Very clean and organized well. The kitchen was fully stocked. Communication with the owner was so easy and she responded immediately when I had a question. The beach access is right across the street. Very quiet spot. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean when we arrived. Terry is very responsive and always helpful. This was our second summer vacationing at her condo and we plan to come back! Beach access right across the street and the pool is nice.

Everything went really smooth and easy to check in and out. Room was nice and clean. Everything we needed was close by. We are glad we found a great place to stay. Can't wait to go back.

Great condo

This place was the perfect size for 3 adults and 1 child (or less). Great communication with the owner who answered my questions quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Same beach as the big resort...

But with a very private, "alone" feel to the stay. We felt like we were staying in a private area without the hassles of a thousand other people in the same resort.

Stunning View, Great location!

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice! Great location! Across from beach access. Near shops and restaurants. The owner was lovely to deal with. We were very pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean when we arrived. This was my son’s first beach trip and it couldn’t have gone any better. He loved the pool and watching birds off the balcony. Very close to the beach! Thank you!

First real vacation

It was beautiful and very clean. Right across the street from the ocean. First time my boys have been to an ocean so it was perfect. Just the right amount of room for 3 adults, a teen and an 8-year-old.

Amazing host and everything was just as stated. Conveniently located close to everything. We had a little door malfunction and Terry sent someone over in just a few minutes to help us out! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice Getaway

The unit was very clean. Easy access to beach. Little noisy at night but I would recommend this property. We hope to be back. Parking was minimal.

Good idea...Bad timing

Loved the location and the unit was better than expected. Everything was perfect except my wife got very sick and we were not able to really enjoy a vacation. We are determined to come back later this year!!!

Great location

Amazing view off the balcony of the marsh to watch sunsets, boaters, and fishing. Short walk across the street to a great beach. Being the week of Fourth of July it was not busy at all. Pool was great and resident neighbors were very nice 😊 Terry was very responsive to any questions and no book long check out instructions everything was was very simple and easy for check in/out.

Overall a great stay but the AC decided to quit the first night there. But the owner was very quick to respond and send someone out to repair it - twice. Despite two nights with no AC we made the best of it and enjoyed the pool just downstairs from us.
