    This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Spend your next Myrtle Beach vacation at Ce Chelle and enjoy a beach house that is an easy walk from the ocean. There is a beautiful channel view from the sundeck, fully equipped kitchen, porch and outside shower.     No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.

Our family of 8 loved staying at this house! We had plenty of space and we spent so much time outside on the deck and at the dock. My grandsons loved using their nets to try to catch little fish off of the dock. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was very clean and nice. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We love the property. Nice deck and furnishings outside. We've stayed here before and the floor is uneven. The layout of the house is nice and it has a beautiful view of the marsh, is close to the beach with a short walk, and nicely equipped. We messaged about water not being hot and it was taken care of quickly and by a very nice man who was so kind. I love the text feature for getting in touch with Elliott. This is the best experience we've ever had with Elliott. Thank you!

If you want the best of both worlds, then this is the place!! We are enjoying the beautiful marsh with the incredible colors during sunset, but we are just steps away from the beach. My favorite activity is midnight walks on the beach looking for shark's teeth with my headlight!! LOL Seriously, beautiful house, beautiful decor, nicely stocked, very comfortable and a new washer and dryer on the main level, no walking up and down the stairs!! Also there are smart TV's in every room, have your passwords ready!! Love it here!!

ce chell vac week june 27-july4

The house was ok, however, we had several issues. The house was not properly cleaned and we spent an hour+ cleaning up after the previous renters before we could unpack and start our vacation. we found trash and food under beds, loads of hair and the bed covers were off of 2 of the 4 beds. it was very obvious the cleaning co did not do their job; thankfully we had brought some of our own cleaning products b/c of covid19 concerns. After a couple days we realized the house also had a roach problem. Not palmetto bugs but german roaches. The master bed mattress is in need of replacing as well. WiFi was good at the house. The outdoor areas were nice but just about all of the wooden rocking chairs' arms were broken exposing a very sharp screw sticking out that could have seriously injured someone if we had not noticed. They have other outdoor furniture that is made of composite wood that was nice and the dock was nice. We spoke to Elliot realty a couple times but was not able to speak to a manager until the end of our stay. They refunded our cleaning fee.
