I will not stay at another place that is owned by vacasa again. This was a horrible experience. We encountered an issue with the refrigerator dying the second day there and it was filled with food we just went and bought for the week. There was also an issue with the plumbing. Multiple calls to vacasa and nothing was resolved. No service technician came out even after we had checked out 4 days later. After all the complaining for over a week they said that they would refund me 60. Are you kidding me. The property itself was close to the beach and we enjoyed it, but the overall frustration and poor management and customer service from this company is deplorable
