    The Space:

    Welcome to Coconut Grove 203, a modern, two-story home located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach! This second-floor retreat offers plenty of room for family and friends with two large balconies, two separate living room/recreation areas, two dining tables, and two full-size refrigerators! The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and even a Keurig coffee maker! Sit and relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the balconies and enjoy the partial views of the ocean.



    The first level of this charming coastal gem offers a private bedroom with two comfortable beds, an en suite bathroom with two showers, and a flatscreen TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway for added convenience. Upstairs, the second floor boasts four more bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the Recreation Room hosting a Ping-Pong table and an Xbox console. Three out of four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo and dual-zone heating/cooling for better efficiency.



    This home is located across the street from the ocean and the public beach access; you will be close to everything that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and dance clubs amid all the fun of Main Street O.D. Don't miss out on the free concerts at Main Street's Horseshoe that are held weekly all summer!



    You can relax on your covered porch and savor the beach breeze, unwind on the sundeck, or take a dip in the community outdoor pool, toss some steaks, burgers, or fresh fish on the shared charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout.

Location and overall cleanliness of the property was great.However, there were a few issues – most of the patio doors were very hard to slide open. The kitchen was not well equipped for a large party, the pots and pans were stripped of nonstick lining and warped.Beach equipment was mostly broken and in very poor shape.

I think the people that clean for you don’t do a thorough job. Some of the pots and pans were not good to cook in because of Teflon flaking. That isn’t safe, the electrical issues was scary you couldn’t charge your I pad and the dryer didn’t dry properly, it’s a fire hazard so your people need to address some issues. We loved how convenient it was to the beach. There was mold in two bathrooms. We enjoyed being together so that’s what really mattered

Great get away

Great family stay

Loved location and easy beach access. Also loved having a separate floor so teenagers could hand upstairs and older adults downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed and lots of boogie boards and beach stuff.

Lovely Home, very spacious

Christmas at NMB

My family and I enjoyed the space and proximity to the oceanfront. Was truly just steps away from the water. The interior decor was also quite nice. Appliances and kitchenware was very handy.

5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Condo!

This was the perfect getaway for us! Beautiful ocean views from both balconies, spacious rooms, & the condo was fully stocked for our stay. Close in proximity to everything including shops, restaurants, & beach. We even met some of the friendly neighbors. One of the best places we have rented and we travel all over the world. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Great Condo

The condo was well cleaned. There were adequate cooking items for our stay. A very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this condo for a wonderful weekend or a longer stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to the main strip for entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc. It was a great stay!!!

Mother / Daughter trip

This was a nice place to stay the plus was having 5 bathrooms with all women. Overall this was a good place other than noise no issue at all. We can't really complain about noise as you are at the beach.

Good property

Over all everything was good Just found some dirty blankets in the closet of the room at the first floor and the bed of one of the rooms with the king bed the bed makes too much noise when you lay down

Great Location

The house was located in a great location but the cleaning was not as great as I felt that it could be. The base boards were dusty, pillows had old blood stains on them however everything else was great!
