    The Space:

    Come and enjoy everything that the charming city of North Myrtle Beach has to offer! When you travel here, you will get to experience amazing places to eat, great places for families and groups, and fun activities no matter what you like. This two-story, fourth-level condo is located right across from the beach, offering the perfect home base for a sandy and beachy adventure! Golfers will love being so close to several courses for all levels - Lost Treasure Golf (one and a half miles), Beachwood Golf Club (one and a half miles), Mutiny Bay Miniature Golf (a bit further than a mile), and Surf Golf & Beach Club (two and a half miles). Another must-visit includes the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier (three miles) and Alligator Adventure (three and a half miles).



    The first floor of this captivating beach retreat boasts a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining table, and living areas. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen. Complete with two full-size refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, it has everything needed for success! The adjoining dining table is huge, seating up to 14 people and there are three additional spots at the kitchen island. Once mealtime is over, kick back and relax in the sunny living area, featuring three comfortable sofas, a shelf with board games, and a TV with cable. From here, enjoy access to a roomy balcony with several chairs and partial views of the ocean. If you don't feel like staying home at all, make sure to stop by the community outdoor pool or surprise your friends with a tasty barbecue at the grilling station. The first floor also offers two bedrooms, each one with a TV, and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite).



    The second level features four additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a family room with a poker table and a TV. The two primary suites on this level enjoy access to a balcony shared among them. From here, guests can delight themselves with great ocean views. Both suites also have en suite bathrooms.

    All guests shall abide by Dwell’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

It was a very nice place plenty of room clean love the two refrigerators. The only drawback was the swimming pool was a little small, but otherwise it was excellent.

The location of the condo was excellent location to access the beach. There were a few cleanliness issues that were addressed to the rental company. They responded in a timely manner. But overall it was an excellent stay.

This was a great spot for our family gathering. The place was in good condition and the room set up was perfect for us. The location is great, being just across the street from the beach. We were lacking a few provided items, but there was good communication and a quick response to drop off the supplies.

Graduation vacation

My daughter graduated and wanted a beach trip. Trip was good. It was just across the street from the beach. Had enough space for everyone to sleep and plenty of space to eat at the table. Thanks for a great stay.

Good place for a family gathering

This was a great spot for our family gathering. The place was clean and in good condition. The the room set up was perfect for us, an extended family gathering of 7 adults and 5 kids. The location is great, being just across the street from the beach. We were lacking a few minor things that were supposed to be provided, but there was good communication and a quick response to drop off the needed supplies.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay at your house. Very spacious and comfortable for our family with different age groups. We will be looking to rent this house again.

Amazing condo for large groups

We had an amazing time at the Coconut Grove property. It was clean, had plenty of room for meals and games, and had beach access right across the street. Our party of 10 had more than enough space, and with two refrigerators, no food storage issues. Would recommend to anyone coming to this area!

Family Vacation

The property was nice. Could have paid a little more attention to cleaning details there was trash and socks under the bed. Nice quiet location easy to get to local attractions. Enough space for the whole family.

The villa was very spacious and more private with only a few(I think 5)villas. A street over from the beach. Very small pool (3 and 4ft) but kids enjoyed it!

Beautiful unit with Beautiful Views

I rented this unit for a guy's golf trip. There was plenty of room for all of us and we would definitely stay here again. The house was spacious, updated, and clean. It was also well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. The view from the ocean side were great!

Condo on the Beach

This property was as advertised on the public listing. There was an initial cleaning issue that was rectified. Everything we experienced from the property helped make our vacation very enjoyable.

Family vacation

Plenty of space for large group. We had 11 family members including 5 teenage girls who had their own floor. Very easy access to beach across the street. Only issue was the parking garage. Very difficult to park SUV in small slots and the exit had a parking space too close to maneuver effortlessly. Otherwise wonderful condo to spend time in.
