We loved having quick and easy access to the beach, especially with having beach loving kids. The condo was clean and had plenty of sleeping for our family and even enough room to hang out and watch a movie. We enjoyed evenings on the porch listening to the waves and beautiful views of the sunrise. We were there during the off season so there was hardly any people around but all the restaurants and mini golf was still open to enjoy. We would definitely visit again!

Location was excellent Could not open door to the one balcony due to door handle needs fixed but we didn't need that balcony anyway. Some of the electrical ourlets wouldn't charge our phone so we had to use just certain outlets for that.

Very outdated, walls dirty, no deep cleaning had been done, carpets were awful. Also the condo is SMALL, kitchen no more than two people could fit in that kitchen. Tub with jets didn’t work, all toilet seat were lose, broken toilet paper holders, maintenance entered the condo without our knowledge or prior warning of entry. This condo was supposed to have 12 pool bands. There were only nine when we arrived I emailed and it took them three days to get the remaining pool band to us. We were being recorded by other renters /residence due to not enough wristband for pool, the pool “police” were annoying. Also men recording children while in pool and on our balcony. If you are looking for any privacy look somewhere else because you are not gonna find that in this condo. You are definitely paying a fortune to stay there for a week and it is truly not worth the money.

Excellent vacation spot!

Property had us down for the wrong day so we couldn’t get into the condo right away, but that was easily solved. Condo was exactly like the photos, very cozy. Only thing I would recommend is maybe some extra coverage on the beach side bedroom window, the pool lights are very bright.Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our week long family vacation. The location was convenient and the property was clean. Access to the pool and beach was so easy and also convenient. We did have difficulty reaching the property manager/maintenance over the weekend for some minor inconveniences. Overall we loved it and would make a return visit in the future.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Atlantic Dunes ! Travelled with 5 adults and one 19 month old and the space was perfect. Great location right on the beach. The beach itself was quiet with lots of room. We would definitely stay again ! One note- beach canopies are not allowed. This is not a condo rule, but a beach rule in NMB. We were asked to take ours down. Umbrellas and chairs are available to rent. Not a big deal, but good to know to avoid packing the canopy.

Family cacation

Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. Also, the property states it will sleep 12 and it does, however 12 people in that space would be cramped. We had 8 and it was tight but it did not spoil our time! Kitchen is a glassy kitchen and small, deceiving in pics. We would stay there again, maybe just my own family of 4! Thanks for a great visit!!

Fun Filled Vacation

It worked perfect for everyone. Close to beach and swimming pool. Easy access to each. Proper equipment to rinse off sand. Everyone had their own space. Had a maintenance issue and it was addressed. Highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay and great memories with the family.

Not renovated

Paint and new hardware do not equal renovated. Carpets were disgusting, furniture very cheap (bunk beds EXTREMELY wobbly and honestly felt like they were dangerous), showers moldy. Location great, but very disappointed accommodations did not match description.

Wonderful family beach vacation

This was our first trip for the whole family since all 6 grands have been born. It was a great location. Easy access to beach and the pool was an added plus. We really enjoyed our week. We cooked simple meals instead of going out. Kitchen was well supplied with items needed. There is a large covered area in the middle of complex that gave space to play with the kids out of sun and during brief showers. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we get to visit again in the future.
