great location!

great condo! was close to what we needed! great beach access and pool , as well as close to a few things like ice cream that we could walk to! rooms were kinda jam packed/ tight with furniture to get good locations for pack n play for the infant to sleep

Fantastic place to stay. Everything you need just a few steps away. Beach access, warm pool and lazy river, mini mart, T-shirt/souvenir shop, pub restaurant, & ice cream shop. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location

Loved watching the parasailing and banana boats from the balcony. Easy rental of those directly on the beach at the condo as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The city bus stops at the condo and offers great coverage of the area. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. The pool wasn't cleaned as well as it should have. The queen bedrooms were small than they seem in the pictures. Overall our stay was good

Crescent Shores

My 3 Sons & I had a great week at Crescent Shores. The description & pictures were very accurate. The property was great including the pools & access to the beach. The only thing I’d recommend is that the host provides beach gear including beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler. I was able to rent them but it’s an expense that could’ve been eliminated. Having to pack 5 beach towels was inconvenient for packing purposes. Other than that, we all loved it & would stay there again.

Nice condo and beautiful view

We had 9 women in this condo for a Ladies Bible study retreat. Our age range was 45-83. We really enjoyed our location of the condo and view of the ocean. Right on the beach! Decorated nicely and plenty of room for games and activities. The only issues were 1, the washer didn't work and was not able to be repaired or replaced. With 9 ladies, that was a huge inconvenience. 2. The shower head in the master bedroom kept falling off and eventually could not be put back on. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this condo to others. Hope to return in the future )but definitely will check if washer is in working condition.

The condo was beautiful. The view was fantastic. Check in was quick and the office was conveniently located. Tracey checked me in and she was very thorough. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils I would highly recommend.

Where do I start; one functioning elevator, parking access limited and across the street, very limited household supplies for the condo. The beds were tired and furniture dated. I wouldn’t recommend this property or property management group.

Great condo, terrible company to rent from

My family and I enjoyed the condo. The location is perfect. The inside of the condo was very clean. This condo is HUGE. Having that room much room was awesome for our 2 year old daughter, it gave her plenty of room to play. The balcony and views are amazing. You have easy access to all things myrtle beach has to offer. The company we rented from, Owners Direct Vacation Rentals is a different story. They issue you a check for your $300 security deposit a week or two after your stay. We got ours for $200 claiming we broke a fridge shelf. My family and I did not do this but we don’t have any proof because we didn’t take any pictures of every little thing upon leaving. ODVR is scamming people. So unless you plan on taking pictures of everything little thing before you leave, don’t rent from them.

Extended family trip (10 people)

Pros- 1. The condo was very nice and spacious. 2 The kitchen had everything we needed 3. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach 4. Beach and outdoor pools areas were very nice. 5. Great location for families. 6. Checking in and out was very easy. Loading and unload was easy also because all the close parking is reserved for it. 7. All the staff in and around the condo was very nice. 8. 5 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards were there for our use. There was an umbrella there too but once we put it up we discovered it was broken so we had to go buy our own, which was no big deal. Cons- Housekeeping could have been a little better. 1. The floors had been sweep but really needed a good mopping. After walking barefoot for about 20-30 minutes my feet were black on the bottom. We had our own cleaning supplies so we cleaned the counter tops, tubs, showers, and floors ourselves before using them. 2. There were only 12 towels for 10 people for the week, which meant we were washing towels all week. 3. Out of the 5 beds only one had a flat sheet and pillow slips, the others only had pillow protectors and a bed spread. I was in the o my bed that had sheets and pillow slips and did not here about the other beds until middle of the week or I would have called about this issue. 4. There were 3 blankets in the whole condo, one was a small throw, the second looked so wore out we didn’t want to use it but it did smell clean so we did; the third one again looked old and smelled bad. 5. Both sliding doors to the balcony were very are to open and close and the bedroom one was almost impossible. Then you have the issue of if you do get it open you can’t get it closed all the way and the smoke alarms would go off(only the men could actually get it closed all the way). This made it very difficult to go out and enjoy the balcony. 6. We received 2 sets of keys for the for the condo but only one key worked and it was hard to get it work work. This made it difficult because we were all going to different places at different times. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO type locations and normally don’t have any issues so this is the first time there have been that many thing to write about. Over all we made the best of it and really enjoyed our vacation. I would love to return it to this location but next I will pay attention to other reviews and ask a few more questions.

807S Crescent Shores

Great location to the beach. Great views. The beds were comfortable. We did not have enough towels for 6 people but we came prepared. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit itself could use a really good cleaning. Great vacation overall.
