These attractions are about 10 minutes from the property! This property is pet friendly however the entire lawn is turf so you will need to take your dog off of the property to do their business!!!!

This beautifully renovated beach house has been converted to a duplex. Guests will enjoy two separate living areas; one upstairs apartment, and one downstairs. Each of these areas have their own private entrance. This property has been 100% remodeled from floor to ceiling and features new flooring, new roof, new bathrooms, toilets, new appliances, fresh paint, new furniture, a private pool, putting green, fire pit, and SO much more!
Unit A is the downstairs apartment that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, oversized kitchen, living room, full kitchen, brand new full size appliances (2022), and enough bedding to accommodate 10 guests!
The layout for unit A is as follows:
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, night stands, small closet for storage, and access to an apartment-size bathroom. This is considered the master bedroom! The master bathroom features a stand up shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen bed and is perfect for 1-2 guests. There are multiple windows for natural lighting, and a small night stand.
Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with 2 full size bunks and is perfect for 2-4 guests. There is also another bed underneath the bunk bed. The trundle bed will accommodate 1-2 guests. There is a window for natural light. There is also an accent chair that converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.
In between the bedrooms guests will have access to a full size bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror.
Living Room: Guests will enter apartment A into the living room area. The living area is the perfect area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished with a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, coffee table, and TV. The accent chair converts to a twin size pull out bed that will comfortably accommodate 1 guest.
Moving straight ahead you will find the kitchen. The kitchen offers brand new, full size appliances as of Winter 2022, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. Just behind the kitchen is the dining area. This area features a large table with chairs perfect for enjoying a family meal. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
Guests will also be able to use the back door in this apartment that will lead directly out to the deck, pool, putting green, and recreational area.
Heading upstairs to apartment B, guests will enjoy a layout that is almost identical to apartment A.

Guests of this house will be able to enjoy incredible amenities at the house. To start, the home features an oversized deck furnished with an outdoor gas grill, patio furniture, private pool, pool chairs, putting green with 4 practice holes, soft astroturf throughout the backyard. Guests will have access to an oversized parking lot/driveway directly in front of the house. As of January 2025, the private pool has been converted to a salt water pool :)
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Bedding, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay are included. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $250 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. There are no size or breed restrictions. Pets are not permitted on the living room furniture. All pets must be crated when the guest leaves and the pets are left inside the home, unattended. Maintenance or housekeeping will not enter the property to perform services if pets are not crated. Failure to comply with the pet policy or house rules may result in additional charges, or even eviction.
This beach house is in a prime location in North Myrtle Beach. Guests are only a short drive to central Myrtle Beach, Little River, Wilmington, and Murrells Inlet. Guests love location and proximity to the beach, shopping, dining, live music, and so much more. This property is also only 5 blocks from the beach; a short walk or golf cart ride!

The pool and back yard was amazing but the rest was just ok. Definitely does not sleep 24. I would not touch the pullout couches since they haven’t been cleaned out since the Stone Age. Thankfully we didn’t need them. The beds were comfortable. The tiny shower is not usable as the water pressure was strong and the drain could not keep up causing over flow if you took a shower longer than 3 minutes. The place was very organized and tidy but very dirty and stunk of marijauna upon walking through the door. Could not sit on the couch because it stunk so bad. There was a half a bag of cereal pored
Out in one of the cupboards. There were a few minor things that were broken but didn’t affect our stay. When I called to talk about everything to a representative they were very kind and took note of everything. Overall we had a great time on our vacation and the stay was great just very dirty.
