The condo boast 1400SF with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 comfortably. The 2nd Master BR has its own private balcony with Adirondack chairs and table for your quite morning oasis. If cocktails are your thing, enjoy an unobstructed view of the beach while indulging your favorite beverage with the Bar Harvest Table and chairs on the Main Balcony as you take in the amazing ocean view.

The new owners have updated and renovated the entire unit! It is freshly painted with light and airy coastal colors to encourage your relaxation. Updates include new furniture, new luxury topper mattresses, new beds and luxury comfort sheets and new comforters. Full kitchen renovation was recently completed Oct 8, 2022 with new kitchen cabinets w/soft close drawers, granite countertops, new large sink, microwave, beautiful new flooring in Laundry room, hall & Kitchen. Bathrooms partially updated with new hardware, new toilets & specialty showerheads. You will have full use of your own laundry room in the unit & new washer & dryer while there, as well as a place to store your chairs & Beach 🏖 toys upon entry of the unit for your convenience. Beach chairs provided for your use & convenience. Beach toys for the kids too.

Cleanliness is absolutely paramount. Unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized for each new guests. No need to pack and bring linens for your stay! For your convenience, we will have your beds made, ready and waiting on you, with sanitized and freshly washed sheets, so all you have to focus on is having fun!

The first Master BR suite has been furnished with a new king bed, nightstands and new mattress as well as a relaxing reading chair and ottoman. This Master has ceiling to floor sliding glass doors with breathtaking views of the ocean.. The 2nd Master BR has a new king bed, new mattress, new comforter and sheets along with a new rocker/glider for lounging, napping or reading your favorite book. This BR also has ceiling to floor sliding glass doors for your viewing pleasure. The 3rd BR suite has a new mattress on its twin beds and new comforters and pillows.

The Living area has all the comforts of home and more! Enjoy the 2 new glider/rocker recliners, and super comfortable new queen Serta sleeper sofa. This is-not your typical sofa sleeper oh no….This is a Queen sofa is an upgraded topper mattress for comfort. It's not your typical pull out sofa bed. New coffee table with lift top, so you can enjoy a meal or snack while watching the new 60 inch wall mounted Samsung Smart TV. The Smart TV also allows the kids a space to game or watch TV while they hang out with the family.

Condo has the convenience of central air/heat and the living room has a new electric fireplace which is especially nice if you are renting during the cooler months.

Master BR, living room and 2nd BR all have mesmerizing views of the ocean since you have ceiling to floor sliding glass doors leading you to the balcony for your front row seat to see the calming ocean waves. Our unit is on the 6th floor, close to elevator & an end unit, so perfect for privacy and a perfect spot to catch the magnificent views of the morning sunrise or evening sunset.

Dining room accommodates 8-10 people comfortably with seating both at the table and the kitchen bar area. In addition to the 60 Inch Samsung Smart TV in the living area, each BR has its own TV. Free Wifi High Speed Internet is included. Kitchen has a new professional grade Keurig coffee maker that host both the traditional pot as well as the traditional kcup brewer conveniently all in one easy to use machine. The large kitchen is fully stocked with new plates, glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, cookware, wine openers and plenty of spices. 2nd Master Bedroom with private balcony also has its own Keruig Coffee maker in the master suite.

The Condo has a full walk in Laundry Room in the unit, with a new full size washer and dryer for your convenience! There is also plenty of room to store your beach chairs, toys and boogie boards after a fun day on the beach.

Since some of the best oceanfront views in the area are from our balcony, you will likely choose to dine in some nights or have cocktails from that spot! Indulge yourself with a waterfront dinner from this spectacular spot. The Balcony has plenty of room for your entertainment. 2 traditional Adirondack chairs on one end, a new Adirondack Tete'-a'-tete on the other end, while the Custom Bar Harvest Table and 4 Captains Chairs are in the middle of the balcony to enjoy dinner or cocktails. We are a smoke free building so no smoking or vaping in-unit or on balcony.

Wherever you choose to sit, there isn't a bad seat on the balcony! Nothing better than breathing in the salt air and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of your favorite wine after a fun filled day on the beach. Your own private Happy Hour!

Sea Winds Condo has ample onsite parking and an elevator to make your vacation easy and stress free. Safety is paramount at Sea Winds! The exterior doors going to the elevators, leading to your vacation unit, remains locked from 10pm-8am for your safety. You will be assigned a fob that allows you entry after hours if you want to enjoy a night out.

Sea Winds has a sun deck, lounge chairs, grills and picnic tables on the lower level. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub for year round enjoyment. A beautiful boardwalk awaits you leading you to the ocean from the condo complex, with showers to rinse off from your beautiful day on the beach!

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday May 15-Sept 15th. Self check in for easy & contactless entry via digital code you will be given for your vacation. There are shopping carts& luggage racks to make your transition to the unit easy, but per HOA please Do not bring luggage racks or carts in unit. Please leave them outside the door & unload your items & please be kind & return carts to Lobby when you finish so next person needing one has cart 😁
This is a NON SMOKING unit, no smoking (anything) on BALCONY either.($750.00 fine) Building is now non Smoking effective 2023. Singles, Families and children are all welcome!
Please do not leave children under 12 unattended on balcony as we are on 6th floor & are 100% about safety. Not responsible for injury or loss in unit or on balcony. Please enjoy, but no children left unattended on balcony for safety reasons. The views are spectacular and breathtaking catching sunrise or sunsets!
