1-upon check in, it was a sh** show: 1st code didn't work, 2nd code we were given didn't work, 3rd code...nope..but 4th code-yes.
*Remember, the parking guy only gave us 15 minutes to unload &grab parking passes off of the bar, but the codes they kept giving us didn't work. Finally, on 4th code, we were able to get in.
2- AC not working properly(saw on a previous renters notes from June 2021, 2months earlier, that they reported the AC didn't keep up. So it's not as though they didn't know about this. They did however have it remedied on Monday after telling me the AC man would be there on Sunday to fix it. So I stayed around all day for nothing. Also, informed her in first txt msg, that I had to go out and purchase fans bc the bedrooms were so stuffy and hot, and not one mention of reimbursement..sorry for the inconvenience, etc..just a false assurance that the AC man would def be there after he got done on the job he was currently doing.(and never showed)
3- room hadnt been cleaned. I sent pics to the number provided, of the 'dirty'&explained items from previous renters had been left so I wasn't sure how well of a job housekeeping had done. I made them well aware I had a child w/2 immune system disorders,& was offered for another cleaning crew to come the nxt day,but it was too late. I had already cleaned it obviously bc I couldn't leave my child in the car for 3 days.Just thankfully I took the Lysol, lysol wipes&disinfecting cleansers.
4- pool&hot tubs, closed at 9pm. Too early...but even@that, once the pool gates were locked, you had no private beach access from the condominium.You had to go down to ground floor;out side door; walk up to the front of building;walk down the public sidewalk beside the street;&walk left/right to the PUBLIC beach access to get to the ocean.On return,same thing except no where to rinse the sand off bc its on the walkway to the condos pool,with the gate locked.U would've had to turn around, get back in the sand,walk down to the PUBLIC beach access walkway, thus defeating the purpose of rinsing off.
5- The number given to report any issues to was nice. However,it was as though she picked which messages she wanted to respond to.When I inquired about the AC man,was he still coming on Sunday as she had said, no response.When I asked if I dont report issues to her,then who? No response until the nxt day when I asked again.Btw, they were to be reported to that number.
