Great House in ideal Location!

Had another GREAT stay at “ A Wave from it All!” House fits my family perfectly with 5 bedrooms & plenty of space just across the street from the beach. 3rd year in a row we’ve been & planning to go back again next summer!

Beautiful Luxury Home

We’ve been staying here for years but it’s never been better than now. Hard to find a nice home with an elevator for older parents to come with us. Location is perfect with beach access just a few steps away and the food market right behind means you don’t have to travel to get everything needed. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon

What an awesome place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay... visiting with our SC family and had a blast. The game room and outdoor firepit were a big hit!

Family get-away

Supper neat and clean. Great location near grocery store and restaurants, but quiet and private. Good amount of parking and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. A minute walk to the beach. And the elevator was a game changer for unloading and loading the car. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome vacation.

Great house with a great location

Fantastic home located in a prime spot. Close to restaurants, grocery and next to the beach. Lots of thing to do at the house too. Definitely will rent again.

Luxurious, relaxing Easter holiday at the beach

Our family enjoyed another wonderful stay with KLR rentals. The house was beautiful and the location was very convenient for the beach, shops, etc. We really enjoyed our surprise spring treats as well! Easter Sunday was very special with the perfect sunrise at the beach.

This is our second year staying at this property, and we love it. It has all the comforts of home, including super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Quick, easy walk to the beach, especially with the wagon that was provided. Lots of relaxing outdoor spaces and plenty of room inside as well. Our family has made a lot of memories in this beach house, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Great Stay at "A Wave From It All!"

My family & I had a GREAT stay at "A Wave From It All!" The location of the house is ideal - right across the street from the beach and 2 blocks & an easy walk from Boulineau's grocery store, bars & restaurants. The house still looks & feels new with great beds, appliances & furniture! It's a perfect spot for a big family reunion or group of friends. Highly recommend it!

Home was truly over the top!! No details spared!!

My sister, her husband and myself met there son ( a marine from Jacksonville N.C.) for Labor Day weekend. Had a great 4 nights.Enjoyed all the outdoor porches. Wonderful location across street from beach. Grocery store and restaurants only steps away.Would recommend this property too anyone wanting high end comfort.

Great stay in Cherry Grove

Had a great week in Cherry Grove. New house with plenty of amenities right across the street from the beach & easy walk to the bars & restaurants. House is very well layed out & worked perfectly for our family! 4 bedrooms with a large open kitchen & island with plenty of seating - all attached to the family room. Great set up!

A Wave From It All was just that!

A Wave From Ut All was just exactly that and just exactly what we needed! Beautiful home, well (and generously equipped), and just gorgeously appointed! I grew up in NJ and loved it. We discovered the Outer Banks years ago but always missed having restaurants or nearby shopping. Myrtle Beach is the place now and forever! 60 seconds to the beach and a walk to the grocery store!!! The ocean water was so much warmer than the Outer Banks! We can’t wait to come back!

With my busy schedule, I just quickly booked a house that appeared to be nice and in a great location. I did not pay too much attention to all of the amenities. After booking the house, we learned that our 94 year-old father would need to travel with us. Imagine my surprise to learn that the house came with an elevator.This house amenity was extremely beneficial. The house had a new feeling and lovely modern, vibe! Every detail was perfect! They even had a first aid kit that came in handy after a small accident. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We didn’t use the wagon, but it was nice that it was there. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and the responsiveness of the owners.

Absolutely beautiful home

Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was amazing. The home we rented was something straight out of a magazine. The home was decorated beautifully, had tons of room to move both inside and outside, the kitchen contained every item you could possibly need for cooking or baking and the counter space is amazing. All the bedrooms were very good size and beds were very comfortable. However, our vacation couldn't have went more smoothly if it hadn't been for the property manager, Nicola Fraser. She was absolutely amazing. The instructions for the home we received prior were perfect, and any question I had was answered perfectly. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them over and over to anyone looking to have a smooth vacation.

Amazing Vacation Home!

From the moment you request a booking for this home, you’re treated like royalty. Nicola is very responsive to your emails and questions and truly ensures that you have a wonderful stay. You’ll want for absolutely nothing while visiting as everything you could need is provided, including beach chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, toys and boogie boards, etc. Inside, the home is clean and comfortable and incredibly quiet! I was traveling with teenagers and never heard a peep once I went to bed upstairs at night. It’s a solid home. The upper porch has a nice ocean view and you can hear the waves well in the evening from the rocking chairs. From the house to the beach is around 100 steps…..and house to the grocery store, ice cream shop, liquor store and surf shops is about 300…..and there are a few restaurants/pubs only 2.5 blocks away. You could truly park your car and not need it for the entire visit. Book this home…..you won’t regret it!!

Thanksgiving 2024

We spent thanksgiving at a wave from it all. Location is great. You can walk to the grocery store and during thanksgiving that came in very handy. Right across from beach access. The house is even better than the pictures ! Since my husbands family all live in different states we always have to travel for the holiday. I have cooked many meals in vacation rental kitchens but this kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have found so far. Usually I have to buy casserole dishes and other supplies but everything I needed was there, well except for the food. All the dishes and pots and pans and absolutely everything ! Made coking for a crowd so much easier The elevator came in handy since we had one 94 year old and one adult recovering from a broken ankle We had 9 total, with 6 adults and 3 teenagers There was plenty of room for everyone The electric fireplace was nice ambiance for a chilly evening The kids had fun in the game room We will be coming back for a visit when the weather is warmer I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an upscale rental

Well-appointed Luxury

The attention to detail in this home is to be commended. Everyone in our group talked about how nice the place was. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we possibly needed and more. Lots of coffee options that were enjoyed by all. Even makeup remover towels for the ladies. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were nice, and the decor was cohesive and welcoming. Nice ocean views from the upstairs porch and living area. Game room and board games provided entertainment during rainy days. Beach is a short walk across the street and an easy trek with the provided wagon. Plenty of places to sit and relax, both inside and out, and the open floor plan upstairs makes it easy to feel connected and have conversation. Keyless locks made it easy for everyone to have access. The owners are so kind and very accessible. We couldn’t have picked a better house and would stay here again without a doubt.

Best Stay Ever in Myrtle!

I could write a novel on how amazing this property is. Owners spared no details from the beach towels provided, to the utensils, appliances, pots and pans. The interior design was warm and inviting and gave off beach vibes. It was the perfect location for my annual golf trip with friends and family AND my furbaby! The quality of everything in place was impeccable. I am still wowed at how nice the appliances were. In all my years of staying at VRB properties I have never had the joy of using such amazing kitchen pieces. Normally owners buy the cheap stuff assuming renters will abuse them. These looked like they just came out of the box. We did have one hiccup where the A/C broken right as I was preparing dinner for a large group (terrible timing as it broke during the hottest part of the day) BUT I was elated that the owners took care of getting a repair person over to the house (during a holiday weekend no less) to come fix it for us so we could get a good night's sleep. AND the next day the owners sent us a nice box of mini bundt cakes to make up for it! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place. Just rent it. It's worth the spend in every way! I plan on booking this place every year I go!

This property was perfect!

This property was perfect. I do not have one complaint. It was very clean and I am a very picky person. It was decorated beautifully. The kitchen is decked out with every gadget and utensil you’d need. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with good water pressure in the shower. The elevator was so handy for my 83 year old parents. There are several outdoor decks to sit and rock in rocking chairs, watch boats go by on the ocean or to eat outside on the table on the back deck. The outdoor shower was used a lot. The property includes a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and lots of sand toys that my 2 year old grandson loved. Be warned, the Cherry Grove Beach does not allow any other shading devices except umbrellas. Location was great. As described, it is a 60 second walk to the beach. You have a clear view of the ocean from the living room and deck even though the property is a street over from the beach. There is a really nice grocery store 1/2 a block away that serves ice cream and hot meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also other places to eat and shops within walking distance. The traffic was not congested at all like it is further south. I highly recommend this property and we will likely go back.

This was our second time staying at this amazing property for our birthday weekend. The property cleanliness, aesthetics, amenities, location (close to everything) and steps from the beach, owner responsiveness… EVERYTHING was TOP NOTCH! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It has become our vacation “home away fromhome”… and we’re grateful.
