My wife and I were privileged to stay in this unit during our recent trip to Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach from 12/26–1/02. I truly cannot say enough good things about this property—it is absolutely beautiful. Every detail reflects the owners’ pride in their oceanfront home.From the entryway to the deck, everything is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and visual appeal, making it a perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to work in, and serves as a great home base for meals. All appliances work perfectly, and the view is amazing.The main living area features an electric fireplace that provides heat if desired or simply adds ambiance while relaxing on the comfortable sectional. The floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace wall is a stunning focal point. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated, and the bathrooms are equally impressive, with large, hot, and beautiful showers. The washer and dryer are conveniently hidden in an internal closet in the master bath.The patio is outstanding. Located in the center of the building, it offers a 180-degree ocean view. The alcove outside the master bedroom provides privacy and shelter from winter winds, making outdoor seating comfortable even on colder days. High chairs and tables allow for unobstructed views.It made our stay unforgettable. We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

Great location

Loved everything but the soft lumpy mattresses.Neither my husband nor I could get comfortable. We slept in two separate beds and both mattresses gave us backaches .We would have loved to vacation here again but not with the current mattresses.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved the location and the unit itself. Beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms had both been remodeled and were beautiful. The only bummer was that the washer/dryer had not been reinstalled.yet. We hope to come back!

Great stay on the Beach

This Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Ocean. The tub in the Master Bath didnt drain well and the washer water line was loud when it was filling. Other than that, this condo was great to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone with a family of four or less.

Great location

Great location for relaxing and convenient to whatever else you would like to do during the stay. Walking distance to many eateries. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach and ocean of course. Nice area of North Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful condo- great location

The condo is updated and beautiful. The furnishings were comfortable and very inviting. North Beach Reality was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Love the balcony.

Great location

Overall, this is a great place. It was clean, had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, great access to the beach and quiet. As others have said in reviews, there are a few small things that need some attention but didn’t interfere with our stay.

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views, easy beach access and close to restaurants/shopping. Downside sliding door in living room is extremely hard to open/close, shower knob in the main bathroom is very sensitive and very poor housekeeping. I had to spend the first few hour of my stay cleaning from someone else who stayed before us. Dirty shower, bar of soap with mold under in the shower, mold in the toilet,dirty dish cups,candy wrappers in the night stand drawer and pieces of toilet paper in the hallway. All which I sent pictures as well to property management and was told I would get a partial refund… when they said partial they meant “partial” ($100) very disappointed with this experience and hopefully the owner finds proper cleaning and a new property management company since the unit itself is quite nice.

Great vacation

Condo was nice and quiet. We liked the more family friendly vibe. The balcony door from the living room was hard to slide and the faucet in the master bath didn’t work properly. But besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Love the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo as the location was great and the ocean view was amazing! The condo was right on the beach with easy access. The condo itself was nice but the master bedroom bathtub faucet was very finicky making it difficult to get a comfortable water temperature when taking a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was average, could be better.

Perfect experience in every way

Rather disappointing.

The pictures could not tell the whole story. The main issue was the general uncleanliness of the unit and certain things not working well namely bathroom and kitchen sink fixtures. The furniture was very old and pretty filthy, and the floors were also not clean. The hall closet was a Tangled, Sandy mess of a few functional and a few broken beach chairs along with cleaning supplies including vacuum just thrown into the Tangled mess. The only thing that was apparently clean were the Linens provided. When we called the management company to voice these concerns they literally said okay and hung up on us and that was that.

Outdated

Not sure if the manager of the property use outside cleaning but they did horrible job. I had to go buy cleaning products. I felt nasty the whole time! The condo needs upgrading. The location was great easy to get in and out never waited on elevator. There were perks but with covid I felt like it should have been cleaned better!

Enjoyed the visit.

The location was wonderful and not overly crowded in this area. The room was OK. It was pretty clean but could use some deep cleaning. The carpets definitely need to be cleaned. The condo is older but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Not far from a lot of activities and restaurants.
