Adorable, convenient

The outside of the house is adorable, it was clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient. Owner was responsive to messages. The cost of the accommodations was reasonable, the booking fees are quite more than anticipated, the increase since we last booked a stay may cause us to consider other options. Too bad, not the owner's fault.

Great Location and clean house

The house was nice and clean. Basics were provided. There was a little trash around the entrance and the door was open wide upon our arrival. Nothing too bad. The front is even nice and fenced in for letting your dog out to potty. The thing that bothered us is we paid the additional fee up front to bring our small dogs. So it was a surprise to receive a letter the day before check-in stating there would be an additional charge if dog hair is found on any of the furniture. That was a very vague statement. How much is the additional fee? Dog's hair flies through the air and lands everywhere. So how much hair would cause an additional fee? They did explain that the additional fee is to prevent pets from getting on the furniture and that other guests may have allergies. My response to that is I already paid a pet fee because my dogs go everywhere with us and I typically allow them to sit on the furniture. I would have liked to know up front if it was going to cost more. I would've potentially chosen another house. As for allergies, it should be the next renter's responsibility to check if the house is pet friendly. I would not rent a house that is pet friendly if I had allergies. So, instead of being relaxed, we were worried our dogs would jump on the furniture the whole time and we also had to keep them in their kennels more than we would've liked. It's just my opinion, you shouldn't rent your home as pet friendly if it's truly not pet friendly.

A great place!

This is a wonderful place to stay and our family had a great vacation week. It was spacious for the four of us, loved that it was pet friendly so I could take my dog, the beach is only a short walk away, lovely and quiet neighborhood great for evening walks, and the owner was very prompt with answering questions during my stay. Highly recommend for others.

Perfect house for our getaway!

This house was perfect for our short getaway with friends. It was close to the beach and the House of Blues where we attended some events. The host responded to all communication immediately and was a pleasure to deal with. Everything exceeded our expectations!

First Time Snowbirds

Very pet friendly, very clean! Location is amazing and the closets in this home are soooo spacious. Some very nice updates to furniture and TV location were made before arrival. Just no cable as advertised. Upstairs bathroom functional but not updated. Also lighting for back pathway and carport and front of garage not working. Very comfortable home! Would highly recommend!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood

Overall, a nice well maintained home that was convenient to the beach and restaurants. Roomy and pet friendly. Initially thought yard would be fenced in for our dog. It is partially gated. The jacuzzi bath upstairs lacked adequate hot water to reach the jets. Overall a good stay which was central to NMB and MB. Always nice to have pet friendly options.

Great location! Super clean! Tons of room!

We came down for spring break with our teenagers and dogs. It was the perfect location only a 5 min walk to beach and only 5 min drive to Barefoot Landing. The house was super clean and beds were very comfy. There was so much room and linens and kitchen essentials and laundry detergent were provided. Quiet street close to everything. The owner was very responsive and reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in north myrtle beach!
