My husband & I enjoyed a little fall get away to celebrate our 31st anniversary we loved staying in this lovely condo, clean & nicely decorated! Our host Julie is always easy to communicate with! We will return & likely in the fall once again!

Excellent Condo

Owner was responsive to questions before stay. Was clean, perfect view, cozy condo great for couples getaway!!!! Property was clean and pools were clean and well kept. Only downside was the small stove and no oven, but if you plan on eating out most of thr time this is a perfect condo. We are keeping this on our book again list.

Quaint and well-furnished

The room we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and well-furnished for our needs. The ease of check-in/checkout and communication with the property management was the best I’ve had. I only hope the resort and surrounding areas work further to repair and spruce up appearances to match the internal renovations.

Beautiful and so CLEAN!!

This has been one of our favorite VRBO stays. The resort is absolutely beautiful and not just the resort, this condo is very nice and sparkly clean!!! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Elevator NIGHTMARE

This condo was beautiful, clean and exactly what you see in the photos. However, the elevators are a night mare. One elevator for the whole building, nobody working on the second one. This is no lie when I say 20-30 min to get in to go up 7 floors it never ever came down to get us from the beach so we had to separate and go up a flight to get in and send it down. Every single time the door opened on your floor finally it was so packed you couldn’t get on. Nobody has time for that while on vacation. Check out day was a nightmare and took us about an hour before we finally walked down seven flight with all of our luggage to leave. Took several times both up and back down with luggage. It’s so sad that a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the beach that is so clean is in a terrible resort. We will NEVER stay again.

Definitely Returning

The condo was exactly as described. View was amazing!! Located in a very convenient area. The only issue we had was with the elevators at the resort. There was only one working in each tower so wait times were sometimes long.

Waste of money Bad experience

We planned to stay here the night before and after our wedding but there was so many roaches that we ended up sleeping at home. The condo itself was renovated but the building around it was old. We reached out about our stay to let them know and nobody cared to accommodate us. This place isn’t cheap and we wasted money during such a special time in our lives. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

This is a beautiful condo and property. Clean. Lots of amenities. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Great communication. Easy checkin and checkout process. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Almost a pristine as advertised. The display of rooms on Facebook showed three distinct beds. However, there were two beds and a pull out couch. Not a deal breaker at all, but this should be clarified. A great VRBO experience!!!

Bad experience

Unit was nice., just as advertised. The unit is on the 7th floor and elevator was not working. Arrived on Sunday and was told it would be repaired on Monday. On Monday we were told that it would be another week before it was fixed. We stayed Monday night but we simply could not continue to climb 7 flights of stairs every time we went some where. Went to stay at another resort the remaining 3 nights. We were also told by Beach Cove staff that all owners were notified about the elevator situation prior to us arriving and we Never received any warning about this. I simply wanted to be reimbursed for the last 3 nights but was told told by Big Fish that all sales were final and to submit to insurance. Well insurance denied the claim stating that the elevator not working was not covered. I realize that this is a business but at some point you have to do the right thing and it was not done in this case. Also when filing my insurance claim I called Beach Cove 2 times and left message for them to call me about need letter stating elevator was not working but no one ever returned my calls. Again no one in this situation acted as if they cared one bit about the customer. I strongly feel any of these people associated with this rental would have asked for some money back. Just Bad Business
