  • This spacious condo has access to the oceanfront balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms, a washer & dryer in the unit, and full kitchen. This unit can accommodate 8 with 1 king, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

    Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

Oven did not work. No extra pillows. Controller in master shower was worn out. Beach view was excellent. The other bedroom needs blackout curtain on window due to light from hallway shining into the room. Beds were comfortable. Recliners were wonderfu!

Great 2 BR condo on the beach!

This is a great location on Crescent Beach and very well maintained unit and building. Pool, lazy river and hot tubs are thoroughly clean every day. Right on the beach and beautiful large balcony. Only issue was parking our SUV with roof top cargo box. It did not fit in the parking garage. So had to find different spots near the garage and on the street, more difficult if you go out for a later dinner or drink. We already talked and will be back again next year.

Great place but

Had so much trouble with front door lock to open. Had to call north beach realty four times for assistance. Ended up putting in new lock. Would be nice if there were spices. Paper products. Anything left over from past renters.

Visit with our 4 Grandsons

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious for the two of us and plenty of room for when our 4 grandsons came to visit. (They stayed in another condo). Some of the kitchen equipment was a little worn out. The elevators were not working when it was time for us to check out so we had to carry everything down from the 3rd floor. Which for 70+ year olds was a bit of a challenge. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building, so it might be difficult if you have an upper floor or any health issues. But overall the condo was very nice.

Best vacation ever

We took a family trip with our 2 sons and thier families. The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed was in our room. The way the place was decorated was beautiful. Brought the beach to life. We will definitely recommend and be back ourselves.

Nice place

This was a nice place to stay at. It was very clean and the location was good. I would recommend maybe updating the bedding comforters and we’re old. There weren’t any blankets on beds just a sheet and old comforters. The ones I found in closet had stains on them. It would be great to have black out curtains as the sun comes up very early in summer and don’t want the light shining in at 5am. The bed was very soft though. New towels or better ones as the link from towels got all over us after a shower. Or maybe they needed to be washed more. Overall not bad for myrtle bch,but these places get a lot of traffic so can be worn down very easily.

The place is well equipped with everything you need.

Not as clean as I expected. Someone had left clothes in the bedroom drawer and the toilet had urine in it. The smoke detector fell off the wall. Cleaning crew must not have swept very good either. Needed a good mopping on the tile. Our socks got dirty walking around. Only has one elevator that worked for 18 floors. All that said we enjoyed our stay.

Too much noise as building is under construction.

We would have never even chosen this location if we had known there was only 1 elevator for the entire building and that it was under construction. Loud noises from the work crew, no parking except across the street and we had our elderly mother with us and could not use any handicap parking for her. Very inconvenient and not enjoyable. We had no warning this was going on when we booked and no warning when we checked in. Poor communication on the management of this rental. However, if the construction had not been going on, the trip would have been perfect. Beautiful condo, very clean and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Only complaint was an 18 inch television, if that, for the master bedroom. Oldest television I’ve ever had in a rental.

Nice condo and good location but...

We had a fairly nice anniversary trip, but there were a few hiccups. First, being that we stayed in November, the property was undergoing maintenance. The worst was the noise coming from the electric sanding equipment on the railings of the decks. Some days the noise was unbearable, even during mealtime. We tried to talk with the realtors involved in the rental but they didn't seem to understand that sanding before painting the railings was happening. They said: " They are just painting." They should have visited us to understand the issues. We realize that repairs/maintenance needs to be done, but we should have been notified ahead of time what was going on. The workers had to have most of the entrance blocked off to do their work so unloading was confusing. The only other complaint we had was that the floors were dirty. We felt we couldn't walk on the floors without shoes. Other than those things, we loved the location and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Just don't come when they're doing major maintenance, which reminds me that one day we had to vacate the condo from 8 am to 5 pm, a whole day because they had to turn off all the water to replace a water pump for the entire building. :-( We did receive a small refund because of the issues.

Fabulous

As we walked in the area was as amazing as seen in vrbo and everything we had hoped. We did greatly enjoy our stay and hope to stay there again when we go to that location. As well in conversation today with my family, we will check with vrbo to see what the company has available when we take an extended trip.

Nice but…

This is a nice property, well decorated and such, but a few things need attention. The carpet need a good cleaning. The second bath has a shower head that needs replacing. The outdoor furniture needs a good scouring and the balcony needs a good cleaning itself. Also there were no extra trash bags and no dishwasher detergent; we had to go out and buy our own. Bathrooms had four towels and washcloths each but only one hand towel in each. Need more than one usually, with several people there. We enjoyed our visit but this place needs a bit more attention.

Weekend getaway

Great view. Kitchen has many essentials fir cooking. Close to pool so if there is yelling it is easily heard. There is a light by the back window that illuminates the bedroom all night. Otherwise a great place. Roomy.

Beautiful unit Very clean and stocked

We enjoyed the unit as it had all essentials and well furnished. The unit was clean and decorated nice. Property management very responsive to our needs. We were locked out one day and maintenance came immediately to help us. We loved the Ocean view!

Fun beach week

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious and view was fantastic. My husband became I’ll during our stay, but was still able to enjoy the great views from bed! Complaints are few. The floor needs a really good cleaning and the sofa is starting to sag. Need better fitting sheets as the elastic is worn out. The kitchen is well stocked. Be sure to bring extra toilet & towel paper. There is a quick mart just around the corner for forgotten essentials. We would book again.

Trying to get ahold of office was a little tough.they have no one designated to answer phones when busy.check In was fine but when got to room we couldn't get door open and no one answered phone so while we wait with all our stuff by condo for husband to go back to the office to just wait in line to let someone know we couldn't get in our room That was very frustrating when you have little ones that our hot n tired,but other then that everything was good
