Good, Solid NMB Stay. Would Recommend.

The unit was as advertised and served as a good base of operations for a five-night stay in NMB. Check-in was a breeze: clear, easy communication and we were able to check-in early. Nice beachfront unit. We took advantage of the 60 second walk to the beach as well as indoor pool on the cooler days fully. Master bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and pillows and a modern bathroom. Cleanliness upon arrival was the only issue, which I hope the owners could remedy with a new cleaning service. We arrived to a clogged toilet (which to the management company's credit was taken care of very efficiently), mold in the washing machine, an old pair of underwear in our closet, and various trinkets in drawers around the unit which our five-year-old daughter found. I assume that this is a one-off event given all of the other strong, accurate reviews. With a better cleaning service I believe this is an easy 5-star stay. Thank you!

Have to call india to get anyone to answer and no local person to help. Communication is non exsistent. TVs were hard to navigate one did not work at all. Nothing explaining anything inside unit. A few minor things needed repair like front doorstop, Vacasa said they would fix it after we left. Master bedroom door would not latch and kept banging if patio door was open. The unit on the whole was clean and had a beautiful view, but if you need anything you're on your own to figure it out.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful ocean front view!

From check in to checkout, our vacation was perfect! The oceanfront view was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager communicated throughout our stay and eager to assist with any needs!

Perfect location and wonderful property

The condo was beautiful. A few minor cosmetic things, but nothing that is major. The view from the balcony is stunning. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic place!

Unit was super clean, and we really enjoyed the ease of the check in process - much better than other places we have stayed. This is a GREAT place for parents with little kids! The unit is beautiful, but most important to us was that it was literal steps to the beach and pool. There was also a ton of toys, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc and I didn’t have to pack ours! We will definitely be back again.

Very Happy

Great location, very close to restaurants and shops, with this being a smaller condo building (only 8 floors), the beach is not as crowded as large condos either side. The property was very clean and was very well equipped with lots of cooking equipment and other useful items. There are also lots of beach toys and even chairs left over from previous guests. We needed to call Turnkey over a couple of very minor issues when we arrived and the issues were resolved promptly. We would strongly recommend this property.

Nice beach location

The place was overall nice. The location was perfect and close to a lot of things to do. It is about a 30 min drive to the state park. There was some minor issues with the place. The shower off the kitchen wouldn’t drain so the whole family had to use the master one. Other than that the place was real nice

Couple or family!

A few maintenance items..bedroom sliding door wont close/lock. Door in front or dryer has a hinge broken... and ants on the deck...due to previous renters food droppings. None of these items affected our time negatively.. well the ants did bite but we're adults. The condo is a perfect vaca getaway for a family as it's stocked with beach goer fun! Beautiful sunrise! Off the water from the balcony! With covid.. u can check in bring food and not leave accept to play in pool or beach which is a very short walk from elevator! Will stay again when we vaca.

Great place that needs a little maintenance care.

The property is excellent, and the location is fantastic. The only issue we had with the stay was a few minor maintenance issues that distracted from the overall quality of the stay. There were four light bulbs that were burnt out, the door handle to the balcony was broken off leaving only screws, the handle to the wine cooler was missing, the door to the HVAC system in the hallway was off its track and hanging loosely open. Finally, the door to the dryer was completely detached from the counter, upon opening it up, it just fell to the floor. It's a great place that just needs someone to go in a fix up these minor issues. Once fixed, we would gladly return and recommend this as a place to stay for anyone who wants a glorious view of the beach with super easy access!

Great Little Vacation!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The rental company went above and beyond to make my stay as easy as possible. I initially had a complication where I wouldn’t arrive until after 10pm and the lobby doors to the resort locks at 10pm and a key fob is needed to access the property. When I reached out to the rental company they were quick in responding and offered to install a lockbox with a key fob for me to access the building. I also loved the fact that I could text the rental company when I needed help instead of calling a call center and waiting on the phone. All amenities like linen, sheets, towels and dishes were provided. There were small issues, such as the tv in the living room not working when we first got there. We had to reboot the cable box. The cable did not work in the second bedroom but we didn’t think it was a big deal. The sink stoppers in both bathrooms kept clogging the sink and it wouldn’t drain the sinks unless we twisted the tops off. There are no overhead lights, all lamps were somehow connected to the light switch but sometimes it would work when you turn on the switch and sometimes you’d have to walk to the lamp to turn on the lights but no biggie. It’s an older building so that wasn’t uncommon. Other than that our stay was great. The complimentary early check-in and late check-out made the experience even better!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place was really clean and tidy and a perfect location to restaurants and shops. The view was beautiful!!!! We will definitely stay again! Only con I had was water temp was set a bit cool.

Great location for a beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this well appointed condo. The location was fantastic being close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. Beach views were spectacular.
