Si está buscando la mejor unidad de alquiler en Myrtle Beach, tiene que verificar esta unidad ... totalmente renovada y remodelada frente al mar, unidad de esquina ubicada en la sección de Crescent en North Myrtle Beach ... ¡sin costo alguno! se ahorró para hacer de esta unidad el televisor de pantalla plana de 73 pulgadas en la sala de estar y los televisores de 50 pulgadas en todas las habitaciones, incluyendo WiFi GRATUITO. Si está alquilando en Sea Side, debe verificar que este Propietario haya configurado la unidad con un sofá seccional en un extremo de la sala de estar frente al televisor grande, mesa de comedor para 6 más taburetes de bar y una segunda área para sentarse en el frente al mar! Kitchen was poorly equipped. Furniture and throw pillows are dirty. Sliding doors almost impossible to slide. This was fixed. Location was excellent. Condo was laid out well.

Sea Side Resort Condo

3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo with 2 living rooms, 4 large flat screen TV's, & an oceanfront pool. The property is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach & is easy to access. In general the property is aging & is needing some maintenance. The unit we rented was listed as a luxury unit & no doubt was back in the day. The living rooms have green curtains & gold carpet both of which are wore out. The furniture in living room with the TV was in good shape & comfortable. However, the furniture in the living room that faces the ocean is wore out. The kitchen appliances need replacing. The sheetrock needs to be repaired in places & the entire condo needs to be painted. The tile flooring & kitchen counter tops are nice. Like I already said, there's an outdoor pool plus an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, & a lazy river. They provide pool towels & there's a pool boy/girl that does a good job keeping things picked up & the pool furniture in order. The lady I encountered at the front desk in the lobby was very professional, friendly, & helpful.

Scrap Girls Vaca

The view was amazing! The employees were all very kind. We loved the two separate living spaces. This was perfect for our yearly scrapbooking vacation! We will definitely rent this room again. Only downside is that the parking spaces are very small. Suggest bringing a vehicle no larger than the size of a crossover, otherwise, you will need to park across the street.

Great location but severely outdated unit

The overall location and property were amazing. The unit itself was in poor condition. The couches had rips in the cushions and were filthy. Kitchen is extremely outdated; handles onpots and pans loose and safety hazard. Dishwasher is not set in counter properly and must hold the dishwasher in place under the counter to tuen it on and hope it works. Tubs were moldy, bathroom doors don’t lock. Small refrigerator and cooling button broken so couldn’t regulate the fridge. Food in fridge consistently frozen as we’re freezer items(freezer burned after 4 days). The pull out couch didn’t have any linens. Had to ale sheets and blankets from other beds to utilize the pull out sofa. This is a beautiful location but a disappointment that it was so outdated.

Good- Beautiful views from all rooms! Large rooms, showers good, furniture good and enough, close to activities, etc., covered parking and close Not so good- very limited supplies in kitchen, narrow parking, tvs not usable, no response to request about tvs, no broom, not hear fire alarm from inside.

Loved the location, family atmosphere, easy access to the main road. Loved the wall of windows and 2 separate sitting areas. Parking was a bit of a struggle with tight turns in the garage for larger vehicles

Awesome View

We had a great time! The view was awesome, the condo was very clean. Dishwasher was leaking so we hand washed our dishes but with the view we had!!!!!Who cares! With any rental there is always something to repair but it didn’t interfere with our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. This is the best place we have ever stayed that has a view like this. Every room had a great view of the ocean. And that’s why we come to the beach!

Nice but needs some updating

During our stay the dryer broke and A/C. They had A/C person come right out, but the dryer person didn’t come for several days. By the time he came they said the dryer needed replaced and it got replaced the day we left. Didn’t do us much good. Wonderful view. Definitely roomy. It was an average place to stay.

Nice view but very dirty

The place is nice however it was extremely filthy, the dust and grime built up all over the condo indicated that it hasn't been properly cleaned in at least 6months to 1 year. Absolutely filthy I will not be expecting to pay a cleaning fee. My 2 year olds toys went under the couches and fridge and when I moved them I was horrified with the dirt and grime there was fruit behind the fridge that looked to be years old. There were used qtips under the couches along with used rubber gloves and plenty of dead bugs to go along with it. There are scuffs and dents all over the walls and the couches and pillows are torn, some outlets have burn marks on them and the jetted tub drains faster than you can fill it with the plug in the drain. I ended up cleaning most of the condo myself when I arrived as I didn't want my kids getting into all of the filth. The view doesn't make up for the disgusting condition of this condo.

Beautiful views from every room. Perfect accommodations for a family.

It was a little confusing between the resorts rules and the carolina realty rules. The resort told us that we had to get our pool bracelets from Carolina Reality after we had already been there to check in and when our key cards quit working, the resort told us they could not reset them and that we had to take them back to the reality. The reality place told me the resort should do it. They ended up giving us new cards anyway, but running back and forth was a pain. All that aside, the condo was nice. Could have been cleaner. We noticed that they did not clean behind furniture or under beds.

Seaside family vacation

Everything was great except one night we were locked out of our room and we had to leave a message for help and no one contacted us until the next morning at 9:30. The locksmith doesn't live in south Carolina anymore so you probably want to make new arrangements!
