Condo ok, elevator 👎

Condo was good but elevator was broke 95% of the time. One elevator for everyone. Ridiculous.

The view from the room was incredible. It was a nice room, but very uncomfortable. The beds and couch were uncomfortable. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived.

The location is prime but the resort is inferior

The location right across the street from Barefoot Landing was convenient for our quick 3 night stay. The condo itself was ok. It looked like it was in the middle of an upgrade but it was never finished. The floors, cabinetry and countertops in kitchenette and bathroom were in good shape. The furniture in living area was also good, except for the couch which seemed old and wasn’t comfortable. Everything else was old. The bathtub, toilet, bedroom furniture were old and needed to be replaced. There was a drop down ceiling in the bathroom with some tiles askew which I found strange. The mattresses creaked when you laid on them and were not comfortable. There was a weird smell when the air conditioning came on. It smelled like anise, which was very odd. Overall the resort itself was in need of being updated. The lobby, elevators, common areas needed refreshed and updated. We were on the 11th floor and a couple times we walked down the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator which took forever. And once you’re on the elevators they were old and dank. It’s not a good sign when guests are making jokes with each other about how bad the elevators are. The question is would I stay there again? And the answer is no. We only stayed for 3 nights and on the 2nd day my 16 year old said to me I’m glad we’re not staying the whole week because he definitely didn’t like the resort. I think the only thing this resort has going for it is the location right on the beach. It’s a shame they don’t keep it updated. It could be a really nice resort.

Nice but old

Very nice and clean but 1st room had a leak so they moved us and the 2nd room after a few days had same leak from ceiling. Overall it was a nice clean place with excellent view of ocean and awesome pool and hot tub. My family and I had great time and the location was extremely ideal for a family.

Perfect Getaway

The staff was friendly and helpful. They worked hard to keep everything clean and safe. There were a few things that could've been better like not being able to cash in arcade tickets because no one was on duty or the computer was broken. Also one day the cooks didn't show up on time so we had to wait for fries (first world problems). And the sliding door handle broke off. Otherwise, it was great. There were enough pools available that if one got crowded we could just move to another one...or walk out to the beach.

Nice location

The resort was very nice. The only complaints I have is that I booked in Feb and was told they would try to get us close to friends that were staying too. When checking in the gentleman told me he couldn’t get me close because other people booked in advance. That’s hard to believe. The elevators were terrible. We actually got stuck in the parking garage elevator and had to call for help. Tower A elevator was slow and always broke down. The resort pools were nice and clean. Rooms were really nice as well. Location was amazing.

Cheer weekend trip

The rate and location was great! Loved the bar with arcade. The kids had a blast. If I only had one complaint, it would be the fact that you couldn't purchase the breakfast and bring to your room. You HAD to stay in restaurant, which made no sense if I was going to pay for it and take with me. Other than that, the stay was great! NO other complaints.

I loved everything about this resort. It was very clean, great pools, great view, with friendly workers. The only bad thing was that on our last night, we had very loud neighbors that could be heard very clearly through the walls. They interrupted our sleep and enjoyment. We didnt want to complain because they had a small child with them.

Southern hospitality at its best. The staff there are really nice and go out of their way to assist with luggage etc and to greet you wherever you are in the resort. The cafe staff was nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and would return.
