Private Beach House - Private Pool - Pets Welcome + Free Attraction Tickets!

  • This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private salt water pool (heated as needed) and no steps to climb. Only one block from the beach and five short walking blocks from Main Street. On Main Street you can enjoy The Pavilion, arcade, restaurants, shops and popular shag clubs (some places are only open seasonally). During the summer months, there is also a small amusement park set up with rides, food & games.

    Pet Friendly (dogs only)with a $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. We do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring. This is a non-smoking property!

    Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private pool with spacious pool deck, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI and free parking.

    Bedroom #1 has two full size beds. Bedroom #2 has two full size beds. Bedroom #3 has two full size beds. Bedroom #4 has 2 twins size beds (bunk beds). One of the sofas in living room has a sleeper sofa as well.

Excelente la casa

Los felicito, la casa nos encanto, super comoda, el area de la psicina, aunque es pequena es comoda y la ubicacion excelente. Solo como sugerencia, el suministro de productos para lavar los platos, es muy poquito; solo un jabon para el lavabajilla, sugiero que deberia de ser uno por dia, por la estadia que se alquilo. La limpieza, para el monto que cobran, es muy basica; es una limpieza general; se recomienda que a las personas que limpian se le exiga mayor detalle. Esto de acuerdo al monto que se pago por ese servicio.

"The location of this home is fantastic—just a short, easy walk to the beach. While we had some initial issues with a stuffy odor and floors that needed a deep clean upon arrival, the management team was very responsive when we reached them on Monday. They quickly sent a crew to re-clean the floors and a technician to fix the dishwasher. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our two labs, and the pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating. It’s a great property, and once the minor hiccups were resolved, we truly enjoyed our stay."

Beautiful home and pool

The heated salt water pool was the star of the show and accomodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds for all the guests.

Sand dollar house

It was perfect for a group of long time friends getting together for a weekend at the beach! Pool was awesome and beach is less than a 5 min walk away.

Overall nice place to stay for space and location! But floors were dirty and dog hair from previous guest where left behind.

Property was very nice and loved having the pool after the beach days. My family enjoyed having the open space and kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and enough for my family of 10 with extra sleep space.

Great Getaway

The Sand Dollar was a great home for my small family with 2 pugs. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and the location to the beach. There was plenty of room in this 1 story open concept home! We'll be booking this house again!

Perfect vacation with extended family

Pool and short walk to beach were the best part, plenty of space even with a full house. Must have your own pool floats/toys and towels. Plenty of dishes and cookware for every meal.

Honestly, really quick walk to the beach… but you need to bring all your beach things. The property looks nice on the surface, but - the couch leather is peeling, floor is pretty filthy no matter what, water pressure in the master bathroom is slow.

Great location, loved the pool

My large family stayed here and we had plenty of room. The private pool was wonderful. Enough parking for 5 cars. Only complains, the air vents were dripping condensation and one of the pull out beds had what appeared to be rodent droppings.

Great location for a cozy stay!

We traveled as an adult family of seven, each in our own bed, and it felt like the right size for us. The real gem of this property was the pool in the back. Between the super hot days at the beach, having a pool in the back allowed us to walk back and forth to the beach (a short three minute walk) while still having some quiet time to ourselves. Everything you would need is a quick drive away, and the property is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Relaxing vacation close to activities and the beach

We have stayed here before renovations so we were excited to see the progress. The beach is a block away so we enjoyed walking on the beach. The pool needed to be cleaned! We had to call a few times - chemicals were added but never vacuumed. We didn’t let that ruin our fun - we played mini golf, had some amazing dinners and shopped.
