  • ***Effective 3/26/2025 – All balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started. Additional work that will be going on for the next 12+ months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times. As of 12/1/2025 work is just getting scheduled/started but there is no set schedule yet so we do not know what is being done or when. However, we have been told that some sort of work will be going on for at least a year (most, if not all, of 2026). We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Rate adjustments have already been made so if you choose to rent, no additional compensation will be offered.***

    This recently renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit is set up to accommodate a family 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen & Twin bunkbeds in bedroom 2, and 1 Queen in bedroom 3.

    With 1400 square feet, this 4th floor corner unit will accommodate a large family in comfort! Enjoy the oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and the master bedroom. With the fully equipped kitchen you can have evening meals in after a long fun day on the beach and also for your convenience the unit provides you with 4 Roku Smart TV's, Free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer!

    Recently renovated to feature all new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furniture, bedding, and decorations.

AWESOME LOCATION!

Had a family get together! Great location, right on beach! Everything was exactly as listed! Management was very helpful the one time I had to call! Would definitely book here again!

The view is AMAZING! Great location! Awesome balcony! The condo shows some age, but nothing that will effect your stay or experience. Windy Hill is a much less crowded portion of the Myrtle beach area.

The condo itself was nice, very well decorated. But we were not allowed to use balcony the week we were there. Elevator was out 2 and half days we were there so we had to walk stairs, room is on 4th floor. The overall building needs some work. Pool is also behind building close to rd and very small, it was very packed so we never got in it. Beach was beautiful !

Winner/winner chicken dinner

Overall great accommodations at Ocean Towers! Our visit at this location was as expected. Unit and bldg was a little dated but seemed to be well maintained. It was myself and our neighbors with their two little girls. We absolutely would recommend this unit for couples or families with children.

nice place

nice place. roomy. close to ocean. living room storm door needs to be repaired and maybe add a screen to be able to open to feel the breeze and hear the ocean. also maybe include dish cloths with linens and dishwasher tabs. even just one or two in a welcome kit. would stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 stayed here. It’s in a great location, the beach wasn’t packed so we could easily find a place to hang out. The pictures didn’t do it justice as the kitchen had been fully remodeled and is just beautiful. It came with everything we needed, the apartment was huge and the beds were comfortable. Only 3 stars for maintenance because none of the balconies could be used as they all needed repairs. We noticed that ours wasn’t the only building with this issue.

All you need!

It was clean & spacious with the perfect set up. Oceanfront condo with a great view & easy access to the beach. The other reviews mention the building behind dated so I think it’s important to mention it’s not dated in a manner that negatively impacts anything. Everything is in working condition. I would return.

The most problem I had was the Elevator broke down 4 times, I was on 4th floor and did not need to climb steps.

Spacious Condo

Very spacious condo. Towels after being washed many times still had a lot of lint on them and dryer was full of lint, time after time. The lint was on the floor and was constantly carried to other parts of the condo which would necessitate frequent vacuuming. Balcony door when we arrived could not be opened, but they came out from the rental company and fixed it, but it was still very difficult to open and close. A lot of paint peeling on the door. Very nice chairs on the balcony. It would be nice if a hair dryer was added to the unit since most units have them We had to call to let someone know that the pool was very dirty and the child's pool, disgusting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall decent place to stay but have a couple of comments\suggestions:1. Dryer didn't really do a good job on clothes or towels.2. Kitchen was spacious but needs more and better utensils. Pots and pans were dated and should be upgraded. 3. TV in main area didn't have a way to access channel which turned out ok for us as my boys used it for gaming. 4. AC was great! No issues with room temperatures. 5. Upgrade the master toilet. Had to jiggle the handle after use to keep it from running all the time. The main bathroom had an upgraded higher toilet...make the master the same. I would stay here again and the pricing was better than most but with a few dollars, the owners could make this much better.

Peaceful week passed so soon

We loved the stay despite certain concerns and would like to come and stay again. The good - 1. Property management was quite responsive and prompt 2. The view, area, neighborhood was superb! 3. Spacious rooms 4. All TVs work and good Wi-Fi 5. Quite spacious balcony with comfy chairs What we didn’t like 1. The checkin process is really outdated; one has to understand that we live in an era of mobile phones and nobody has the time and patience to read 10 pages of text! The checkin instructions desperately need to be succinct and clear. 2. The master bathroom requires some serious maintenance! Toilet sink leaks and is not in shape; the shower needs to be repaired. 3. There were no ladles to serve food and the mixer did not work. 4. One of the sliding doors did not lock properly. 5. The furniture, beds, sofas will give you a backache 6. You have to get everything starting from cooking oils, trash bags, dish-soap, laundry detergent, etc. Nothing is provided.

I would recommend them again. The furniture was wonderful love the updates. Kitchen was huge and the children loved the kids room. I was satisfied with the stay except for the you cannot use the balcony. The pool was cold and half the parking lot is closed.I really love the location, but the fact that half of the parking lot cannot be used, and you cannot use the balcony, not even open the door to hear the ocean really made it a downer experience. If they got those things fixed I would gladly come back. Also, the pool is ice cold made everybody sick when we swam in it. They need to put a heater in there.

The beach was not crowded since the area was in the condo zone. We had a family of 10 and the accommodation was very comfortable, even with 5 kids running around. I would absolutely recommend condo 401 to my closest friends and family. The check-in process was completed in less than 3 minutes.

Vegas to North Myrtle Beach Adventure

The condo we rented was amazingly beautiful, three bed room, large living room and a sizable kitchen. What I did like most was the balcony outside the very large master room was delighting as we watched the beautiful sunrise and the moon rising above the ocean. The condo had everything we needed to make our visit memorable. Overall the condo was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing after lying on the beach in front of your condo. Oh ya, their was plenty of parking available. The North Beach Reality were friendly and professional. I can not wait until our next trip to North Myrtle Beach. Loved it!
