• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
• No motorcycles and trailers allowed on the property

Please note that failing to follow these rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with VRBO policies and community regulations.

Security & Guest Verification
This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
