We absolutely love this property. The unit and location are wonderful we've stayed here twice now.This time the soap dispensers were empty. The towels smelled like they had been left wet i rewahed them. And the floors had not bedn swept well we didn't notice until we were settling in for the night and had bathed. Again i want to reiterate that we love this unit.

Summer trip

Liked the property, and it was accurate to description. A little bit of dirty floor when we arrived, and the refrigerator was poor, but that was the only negative. Overall very good and would stay again

It was very nice except there was a leak in the guest bathroom so we lost use of a bathroom for a night. The last two days there was work being done on the roof starting at 8 am. Very loud

Wonderful weekend getaway

The unit was fabulous. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure was amazing. The location a as perfect. Such a nice quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved it.

Not the best

Appearances are decieving. Condo is cute and in the beginning it seemed great. There were a few alive and dead palmetto bugs, which I can deal with because I know they are a local bug in the area. Husband went to take trash out for first time in kitchen about 3 days after we got there and after removing the trash bag there was a liquid that was spilled in bottom of trash can. Then we started seeing what looked like baby roaches and ants on kitchen counter. We kept no food but bananas on the kitchen counter. It bothered us to the point we ate out our entire visit and did not stay our last night and left early. Hopefully it was a one time incident but I feel like I had to give this review.

Great Place Bad Cleaning and Bad Management

The Good: We love the place! Newer Kitchen very well appointed, comfortable furniture and beds. Well-maintained, pool and Jacuzzi. Wonderful porch! Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. The bad: The cleaning crew was there for less than 40 minutes and it was clear that they did not wash the floors or dust/clean surfaces. There was only conditioner, not shampoo, and the couches still had sand on them. The management communication was horrible! We had trouble with the Wi-Fi as they gave us the wrong login information 2 times we found a note from the previous guest with the correct login information. Don’t bother texting the management company as the AI will not be able to answer your questions and when you call the number you get somebody who does not know the property and has never been there. When we requested, they send over some cleaning products and a mop so we could properly clean the place. This is what they sent back. Thanks for taking our survey. We hope you have a wonderful stay! To the owner we would rate your place a five if it wasn’t for the cleaning an TERRIBLE management. please let us know when you fix this and we will happily rent the unit in the future.

Very nice property. Clean, quiet convenient to beachws

Overall, the property was very nice. However, we needed use of the sofa bed but there were absolutely no linens or extra pillows available. I ended up having to use a fleece blanket as a sheet... Not comfortable. Also, we made breakfast one morning and one of my guests burned her finger (with a large blister) by accidentally touching the outside of the toaster. Owner might consider replacement with something safer. The property was otherwise very nice.

The Thighlman

We ran out of toilet paper and batteries were dead in living room remote. We saw two roaches, one dead and one crawling in the bathroom. We had to sweep some sand when we got there, but other than that and no elevator, room was roomy and nice and what it said. Two king bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and screened in balcony was nice. Property was quiet and parking was good.
