Like camping but with a roof..
This property is probably 70 or 80 years old. That said, if owners had invested in decorating this place in that era it would have actually been cute.
Good news: central air works good, no odor, no bed bugs, clean toilets, and a short walk to downtown or beach.
Bad news: air filter and ductwork was filthy and I left with a respiratory infection, no screens on windows, only one chair to sit outside, outside shower is a garden hose, laundry is exposed to elements (you'll laugh out loud, seriously), no towels/washcloths/soap,
One 21" TV that you'll have to stream from phone, teeny tiny bathrooms ( they need to be introduced to barn doors), nails in wall to hang your towel (we went and bought some) . Check in was a poor experience- you pick up a paper sack from another location that has keys, VRBO wrist bands, and 2 rolls of extra toilet paper. I tried to communicate via VRBO app and was sent an email to use to reach owner.
Short answer: spend the extra $ and stay at a resort with a pool and bath supplies.
