“The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. ”

“Lindsey is the best host we have ever worked with. The Tempe house is perfect with so many special touches to make a great stay. We watched the sunrise from a heated pool drinking coffee each morning which I will be missing in snowy Chicagoland. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. We appreciate all the games, pool table and the arcade machine for some fun in the evening. The neighborhood is great for walking. Lindsey is a great communicator and really cares about her...
