“Beautiful location and bedrooms. However communal area ie. Accommodation stairs and hallway needs attention. Parking can be an issue as anyone can park in pub carpark for free, just to go to the beach for the day.”

“No welcome on arrival despite ringing the bell a few times. Room was not good value for money; it was shabby and grubby with stained carpet, tatty curtains and a musty smell. The bathroom sink was cracked and there was ground in dirt in the floor tiles and around the base of the sink. Would definitely not stay again!”

“Nice hotel Lovely setting. Staff pleasant. We stayed Sunday and Monday no food available and pub shuts early on both nights which we were not aware about. Apart from that had a lovely stay”

“We visited the Roman Camp Inn for a short break to celebrate or 60th anniversary, all the Staff were lovely and helpful ,the food was great ,the rooms were clean and comfortable .Lovely gardens. I’ve read a few reviews online before booking ,and the majority have been positive ,you will always get someone who will find fault, but I must say that we really enjoyed our stay there .”
