There are many activities and attractions within 30 minutes of this vacation rental condo!  The Kancamagus Highway to North Conway in less than an hour!! In the winter there are several ski areas nearby. Loon Mountain is right down the road with shuttles.

After a fun day of full activities relax in the great room at the Recreation Center right on-site or by the gas fire in your condo and watch the river views from the deck.
