“We were two couples and stayed 5 nights. Very comfortable house, conveniently located with many facilities at walking distance. ”

“Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.”

“Kelly and Ryan were excellent hosts. Ryan was great on the introduction to the Pontoon boat. We truly enjoyed our time on the water with family and friends. The rental came with many small but thoughtful amenities that are not typical of most VRBO rentals. Weather was excellent and Kelly made sure that all of our needs were met. We will be back ! ”

“We are a family of 7. There were enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Not enough seating in the living room. It would've been nice to have more towels. Also, hand towels to dry our hands off with. This was a nice vrbo, just not the best.. On the bright side it's only a few minutes away from Knotts Berry Farm. ”

“Our stay for 3 days was very nice. My grandkids really enjoy the pool table entertainment room. Recommend that they replace the carpet in master bedroom & the first bedroom. Thanks you so much for having us.”

“Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. Will definitely come back if we go to Hollywood Bowl etc. The parking is a bit hard to navigate for a large SUV but manageable. The underground parking is a great safety feature. ”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the open layout and easy access to outdoors / pool. Location was great for daily hikes up the hill at the nearby park, just 1.4 miles away. We loved the access to daily great challenging hill walks! Ventura blvd offers some great sushi, boutiques and coffee houses. “Well designed property, very comfortable. Had a minor question and they answered within minutes. There is a sliding gate that secures your vehicle on the property. Lots of street parking was available ”

“The townhouse was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It is also located close to Universal Studios, Warner Bros, and restaurants. Griffith Observatory is only a short drive away. Thank you Lilly for allowing us to stay on your properly.”

“King size bed and double bed had some stains on the sheets. Wash clothes and towels looked dingy. Maybe get some new towels and sheets? Other than that house was good.”

La única pega se la pongo a Homeaway, ya q en la información q me envío de cómo acceder a la casa no incluyo un código de seguridad q abría un cajetín en donde estaban las llaves para acceder a la misma, por lo q tuvimos q llamar ir teléfono a la propietaria para q nos facilitara el código, por esta llamada mi compañía telefónica me ha cobrado 6 euros, q espero q Homeaway me...

“The property is Hollywood of a past era. A eclectic mix of styles that function well but are dated. Overall nice and clean and the location is great. King size beds are super comfortable. Would happily stay again.”
