“Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.”

“We liked the house and enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy to get around town. The interior is nicely done and the artwork is a nice touch. There is no dishwasher, which we didn’t realize. Just something to know. The couch in the living room needed replacing a few years ago! Also, parking in the back of the house is difficult. We didn’t try the garage, too tight. Tree roots pushing up the driveway paving makes backing out...
