There was 4 of us, all senior citizens and nowhere in the description of the property does it say second floor. If we would have known that. We would not have rented this property. There was 1 person that was on oxygen. Those stairs just about killed her. The pool was brown and unusable. There was 4 glasses and no dinnerware. No wash cloths in bathrooms or kitchen. There...

“Room was good and owner very responsive. Property gym, indoor pool and hot tubs were under construction and we were not made aware of this when booking which was important to us. Air conditioning was not working the first night but it wasn’t too hot so that wasn’t a problem ”

“We enjoyed this property. Had some trouble initially figuring out the check-in at the gates. A day or two in we also realized that yes, the provided rear-view mirror tag actually DOES automatically open the gates, which was great. ;-)The property is very small, as described. I liked the decorations and thought it all seemed very well kept. “Great location when we stayed for a conference at the Orange County convention center. Easy to walk to Publix groceries, stores and restaurants. Condo itself is nice with easy access to pool, lots and very updated interior. Beds were very comfortable.Only negative is super light on toiletries and cooking basics. Not even salt and pepper and 1 roll of TP in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. We were made aware of this before checkin just surprised as we rent a lot of places and it's never that...

“This space was perfect! ! It was affordable with luxury amenities! Cleanliness was top notch and spacious enough for a family! My daughter and I stayed here to attend a HS graduation for a friend of hers…. So I spent quite a bit of time alone and it was comfortable, cozy and had practically everything I needed.There are two entrances - which initially threw me off but Gina was super helpful. It’s a gated community but Instacart and Iber were able to access with no problem. I would stay here...

“Great property. Well appointed. The unit was fantastic. Only downside was one day we planned poolside - the restaurant/bar workers didn't show up or open until late afternoon. Upside - the pub across the street came through strong!!!”

“Great location close to everything - the bedroom needed attention with the ceiling fan, lights and a few of the outlets didn’t work- the master bath sink didn’t drain well- also the other bath had the same issue- but loved the balcony (minus the 70’s music selection lol) and space in the place! We would def stay here again! ”
