“Multiple things wrong. Curtain rod and lamp broken, no remote that worked for TV or to control one of the fans in the bedroom. Blinds damaged in places. The owner was very helpful but stated they had no idea about some of the things wrong with the property. Not identical to photos online. More dated. ”

“What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Only comment is there was nowhere to empty trash after a few days of stay. More than two days becomes an issue. ”

“This is a very nice very clean 1BR. 1 small issue and the host repaired it immediately. The price is more than reasonable. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. People were very friendly. I would definitely happily stay here again.”
