The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. “This property was just cleaned when we arrived, however there were roaches. After it had just been cleaned. I tried to contact the property owner/manager. Someone spoke to me the first time, but that was it. They never responded back, after numerous attempts. They even contacted VRBO and told them they had left me a response on Crash pads. When the representative reached out to me, I told her that I could not find the message from the property owner. She could not either. There was no response...
