We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “Couldn’t hang up hand town in bathroom as it was broken. Parking is on nature strip as no where else to park. No solid walls between each unit only plaster so would advise not to bring kids here as we had very little sleep due to noise from neighbours shagging all night and could hear everything. Would not stay again ”

“Very relaxing getaway. We come here every year for our anniversary as the village feel in Palm Cove is fantastic. The resort amenities are sensational especially the pools and rooms. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Over the years we have noticed the pool area and decking is aging though and could use some rejuvenation.”

“Great size apartment and fab balcony overlooking beach and promenade. Perfect location in the middle of oromonade Helpful staff. Enjoyed all facilities everything kept very clean and gardens manicured. Pool and surrounds a bit sad but clean so was fine. ”
