“Nice clean hotel. Excellent location. Room was a bit small. Breakfast is not the best. Lacking staff to clear tables. Only has one coffee machine which didn’t work half the time. Limited choice. Staff were friendly enough. Despite breakfast I would certainly return. ”

“Check in and breakfast were good. The area is close to great pubs and restaurants and the metro. Unfortunately in the year since we last stayed here, the hotel looks a little rough inside. Carpet looks beat up. There are dings and scuffs all over the walls inside hotel rooms. We had a great time otherwise. ”

Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mala, ambos cuartos siempre estuvieron llenos de...

“Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. ”

“A friendly check in. Everything the hotel offers seems to have been given thought. Standards generally high and everything most people would need was available. ”

“Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it.”
