“En general, es buen hotel. Sería mejor si el personal fuera más atento con los huéspedes.
Cuando llegamos a hacer check inn, nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados…, lo hicimos saber a la recepción y se nos dijo que “todas las habitaciones eran iguales”. Al día siguiente, lo volvimos a señalar al encargado y nos dio otra habitación, completamente diferente, y muy cómoda; nada qué ver con la primera.
