It was disgusting and nothing like the picture on line the walls are peeling and my bed was covered in hair and grime even the sheets had crumbs and unknown things all over it. The floors were gross when I walked in. The lobby to the second floor the ceiling was literally falling in. There is nothing stopping people who do not have a room there from entering the building the main doors are completely unlocked and anyone could walk in. The hall ways reeked of cigarette smoke and there was beer cans and piles of cigarettes outside the doors and on the sidewalks. My view out the window was old trash and garbage strewn across the lawn and rotting. My heater in my room smelled like it was burning and upon further inspection if you looked inside, it had burn marks inside of it like it had caught on fire before. The fire alarm in my room was falling off the wall and was not working. When I came down for breakfast all there was was two bananas old yogurt and two small things of cereal and no milk. The parking lot is disgusting and riddled with giant care damaging holes. The first thing I saw in my room when I got there was a dead stink bug stuck to the wall it’s like they didn’t even clean the room after the last tenant. I felt so disgusting I showered every morning after I slept to get the grime off. No one would come and clean the room for me when I got there. This is a one star hotel and I paid way too much to stay there.

The room was nasty!!! Dirt on the walls, bugs in the bathtub, black mold in the corner, wall was busted up in two places, no trashcan in the bathroom, no towels, no washcloths in the bathroom, the blankets had been used or washed so much that the down or cotton inside was balled up inside the duvet cover that it was basically hard cotton balls between two pieces of fabric!!! This hotel was absolutely the WORST HOTEL that my family & I have ever stayed at!!!! This place needs more than work it needs HELP!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel
Well, the first room we were given, the tub wouldn't hold water and we found the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. It also had exposed wires at 3 outlets they didn't have cover plates. Moved to another room. Much better condition. But then the door lock quit working. Had to have the person at the desk come uplock the door for us. Also had I guess a smoke alarm plate exposed on the wall with wires sticking out. And I guess they don't clean the outside much. Had trash stacked around a trashcan outside one of the outside doors. Oh, and furniture in the hallways too.

At Check in, the clerk asked me for proof of my service dog certification. I provided it, but informed him in is a violation of the ADA to ask for that. I entered my room and found out the internet was down. I planned to work from the room from 6:00 am to 10:30 am the next morning and needed the internet. I then pulled the sheet down and found the bed cloths had not been changed. there was dirt on the sheets and boogers on the side of the bed. In the morning, I looked at the coffee maker in the room. It was very dirty. I had to drive to Hardee's for coffee at 5:00 am. The positive was the bed was comfortable.

No shower and some roaches
The assigned room was clean and the environmental control was very good. Yet, there were a couple of conditions that were a bit unpleasant. First, the shower did not work properly- no water through the shower head, which normally would cause an occupant of the room to take a full bath. However, When I sit flat on a surface, without some supporting element, I have a very difficult problem in arising to a standing position. Thus, I did a whole body wash standing up. It was OK but not a shower quality on personal cleanliness. Next, I killed two roaches in the bathroom. I mentioned that to the clerk on checkout and hope that the comment spurred some action by the manager. Other than these two complaints, the stay was pleasant and the Inn was near locations in the area I needed to visit.

The place is a joke. Roaches, dirty, and the overall appearance is awful. I had a incident with someone stealing my clothes from the onsite laundry area and even though I took my concern to managment it was quickly shot down as "thats what happens when you leave it unattended ". Well excuse me for walking back to my room and thinking that it would be there when i returned. The problem with the laundry wasn't due to paying guests it was the people that was living there while working on the promises. And I wont even ho into the creepy 11-7 employee that sneaks around all night just hanging out in the hallways with a flashlight. Bates motel material.

The place offers extremely good value for its price. All I need is a clean, comfortable bed and a clean shower. This hotel offered those things plus amenities such as a refrigerator, microw’ oven, iron, ironing board, & coffee maker. The lobby was super cozy, with a fireplace and antique furnishings. My only complaint — which is not this hotel’s fault, as it does permit smoking — is the hallways all had that telltale skunky aroma … an scent that sadly permeates too many realms in today’s society. (Check-in staff was excellent [super helpful] at 11pm at night!)

The motel is under renovations. I was given a room that was partly renovated for $120 (after taxes). The floor was very dirty, there were no baseboards, and the mirror skd sink were pretty dirty. Not very impressed with the overall experience. Would not have stayed there if there would have been rooms available in other hotels in the area. Overall, way over priced. Conditions were less than appropraite fod the cost of the stay.

Being remodeled it did not have an elevator we we’re put on second floor and discovered this but the front desk found us a room ground level Lot’s better than climbing stairs

Staff not to bad other than when we presented the room had bed bugs all over the bed skirt , the guy tried to say they were not bugs when they are!! He did give us a new room but even that one had a nasty chair in it , and we had to ask for new towels because no room services came by! Other staff were very kind!

Address is incorrect on Expedia. I just happened to find it unexpectedly. When I told the staff the address was incorrect, he really didn’t seem to care at all. I tried to call a few times prior to finding it, but of course no answer. At least it was clean and comfortable, but the “breakfast” was worthless.

Wow. It was actually shocking. Broken old furniture strewn everywhere, inside and out all over the property. Trash all over the parking lot from unsecured trash bins that bears rifle through - got to witness that one, and it was so sad. Smoke fumes from cigarettes and pot so heavy you cut cut the air. We had a smoke free room but there’s no such thing. You can’t escape it. I truly was afraid to stay here, but by the time we got there, we were so tired from traveling and needed a pet friendly hotel, that we said a prayer and hoped our car was still there in the morning. Left before the sun rose. Truly horrific place.

there is no warning about this property is being under construction. there are workers walking around / living there, etc... its a huge place with just a few people working there and its dusty , dirty .

The property is undergoing a renovation. The rooms were not extremely dirty but also not clean. The furniture was old the bathroom needed updating. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room corfortable. The pool/spa area needs renovating and the pool was green when I stayed there. I hope they renovate this place for future guests

This property was not clean. It appeared they were doing renovations however the room was gross. The photos on the website were not the way the hotel looked at all. I checked in and then immediately checked back out once I saw my room. They did refund my $ which was nice. The girl at the front desk was very nice.
