“Far too fussy and too much clutter, no room to put anything anywhere. All cupboards full. Good job only two of us so we could use spare bedroom for our cases etc. Very clean ,very quiet, but no local information. Tesco express 100 yards but very few amenities in village. No direct sun at this time of year so despite good weather couldn’t sit outside.”

The accommodation is in the building connected to the windmill. We had a lovely weekend, but would look for accommodation with more rooms/space if doing again. Having the second double as the main living area is not ideal. The sofabed is pretty uncomfortable as a sofa and bed. There isn't really enough sofa or dining space for 8. “Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return.”

“Absolutely amazing stay thank you so much! We stayed a few weeks before Christmas and turning up to a decorated Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. The selection of games that were available for us to play in the in the evenings were great anything and everything that we needed was available. We took stroll up to the Suffield Arms one evening which was really lovely and I would highly recommend a visit to anyone that stays at clematis cottage. Thanks again,Chloe and Clan”
